Ship experiences

Food and Dining

2 out of 5
I would not book an MSC cruise again without booking specialty restaurants or Yacht Club. Most of the food was greasy and bland. My husband's not picky and even he had issues finding things to eat that he enjoyed.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
The outdoor activities by the pool were fun. The water slides were great too!

Entertainment

3 out of 5
Shows were decent. Music overall wasn't good. There were a few singers in thr evening around the shine bar area that we enjoyed.

Service and Staff

1 out of 5
Mostly good. Room steward was great! First night in the dining room was rough but after that the service consistently improved. They were very receptive to feedback. Bar service was great, especially to those tipping extra.

Ship Quality

4 out of 5
Bring your hand sanitizer. You don't see staff wiping the railings or common areas very often. The ship is pretty confusing but very beautiful.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Lots of space, comfortable, clean, room attendant was amazing. Shower is very small.

Ship tip

Budget for specialty dining.
