One and done on MSC. This was my 30th cruise so I had a lot to compare with. Never heard the word NO on any other cruise, I did multiple times on this cruise.

Food in buffet was always cold, no variety and bland. Dining room was ok , pasta dishes were the best but lacking in sauce.

Hot tubs on deck weren't hot nor were the clean,lifeguard spent more time looking at his phone then paying attention to pool

First night wait staff were very disorganized but got better as the week progressed. Cabin steward was lazy at best, couldn't care less when I told him about the sink faucet leaking and the shower door was cracked. Bathroom floor was never cleaned and room wasn't vacuumed.

Ship layout was fine, hallways were dark, carpets were worn and dirty.
Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin was listed as a junior suite, however no different then any other balcony cabin I've been in. Extended balcony was ok but didn't allow for direct downward views of ocean. Very little storage and we couldn't access half of the small closet because of the sofa bed.
A more appropriate name instead of the Mediterranean shipping company (for this part of the group sailing sounds better to me and shipping) would be mediocre sailing company. Well, that was my thought on reading this review. Thank you for your review.
