I would skip this company!! They can not complete with the luster of other lines. I thought the Laura line grace and style would still be there sadly no. This is a low level ship with too many flaws. They cut corners and it shows. I booked last minute and got what I paid for… a low cost cheap cruise that has brought the cruise lines down to low quality.
Embarkation

We were left outside in the pouring rain!! Nobody moved!! No explanation no umbrellas offered just an unmanned water cooler!! Gee thanks!! We handed our bags to the long shore men ( tipped) and our bags were also left out in the pouring rain!! There wasn’t anyone from MSC on the dock to be sure our bags were handled properly!! To make sure they were covered !! Guess what?? All our clothes were soaked!! Great job MSC!

The buffet was the same every day! If you like pizza hamburgers and hot dogs. The salad bar had brown edges on the lettuce!! Gross! Salad bar had nothing special…only 3 salad dressings!! Come on. You need more than tomatoes onion peppers carrots and 1-2 other items
The food in the dining room was overly salted and other than that pretty much tasteless. So disappointed.. MSC can do better
The fruits were good That’s about all I can say positive about the food

The pools were nice but hand rails would make them much safer. Also the lack of towels at the pool was horrible!! I don’t want to carry a towel with me everywhere I go!! Especially on your private island. That’s really tacky to do to your guests. Nobody wants to drag around a towel

Our cabin steward Jawher Saadi was fantastic!! Always smiling and very accommodating. He greeted us always friendly and professional. He was constantly asking if everything was up to par and what could he do to make things more enjoyable for us. Our cabin was spotless from start to finish!!
The dining room staff were very nice and Ulysses’ and his crew were professional and friendly. We enjoyed them very much. The dining room was cramped and noisy…not a great for a relaxing meal

Spotlessly clean!! The pull out sofa was dated but comfortable to sit on. We didn’t open it. We loved the large balcony!! Very nice. The size was a bit bigger than normal but also a bit louder than a midship room.
All in all we were impressed by the care Jawher used in keeping it spotless!! Great job!!
Ship tip
Skip it!! Pay a little more for better food and amenities Like bathe towels that aren’t terribly rough and smell like bleach
Carrying around towels or forgetting them ?? Such a low class act of this company. Just get towels on the island and towel returns there. The beaches were nice. The food was awful
The excursion meeting place was pure chaos and was a bit much.This can be corrected ..Excursion it’s self was wonderful!! The lagoon beautiful and fun. Delicious food Much better than MSC was serving

Sorry for your bad experience on board MSC Seaside, I myself 6 years ago had a mediocre experience on board that ship. Judging by the reviews of other ships in that cruiseline, it is a common occurrence. Although some will have no problems on board too. Thank you for your review.
It seems I see on many MSC reviews the folks are paying MSC prices and then reviewing MSC is if it was a princess or kennard exclusive luxury sweet.hand and out towels to 5,000 people on an island last time I checked MSC could not control the weather in Florida no one seems to be able to lol .Sounds like you would be more comfortable with a luxury cruise line you will pay for the extra services but if that's what you like you should not book the least expensive line out there if you want top top notch service. Don't stay at motel 6 and get mad when you don't get Hyatt regency service.
