Be sure to get up early to get a lounger by the pool. Make reservations for excursions with private party vendors on-line before sailing vs. going through the ship. Much more variety at better prices.

Come to be inspired by the modern conveniences. MSC does not go out for a lot of space so dont pack too heavy especially if more than 2 in a room. For Yacht Club Experience it is like being in a private club (dining room, private pool area and lounges, lounge and host of butlers and concierge desk.

Do not do it! They have no process in place. Always took at least 1 hr in a line to have a question answered. I could go on and on. Just do not go on a MSC Cruise.

At ocean cay get off the boat early so you can put a chair under palm tree & don’t have to pay for umbrella.

Please ,treat the people who working for you with respect ,something I feel so bad, I felt very bad because I saw bosses scolding their employees in front of us. I think that this is not right, dirty laundry is washed at home, either in private or in front of the passengers.

If you want food from the buffett and want an awesome table, head on to the back of the ship. There are tables by the aft of the ship and it's covered, so it's a nice relaxing way to have a buffett meal.
