Very disappointed in the overall experience. The food and service were horrible and the clientele onboard were unruly and incredibly rude and ship staff did nothing about it. We spoke to about a dozen or more crew who were all looking to leave MSC and go to Royal Caribbean as they said they were treated badly onboard. It was VERY apparent throughout the ship the staff and crew were not happy. We are ready to get off the ship the first day and so happy it was only a 3 night cruise, which was 2 days too many.

If your into great entertainment, good music, good activities, large pool area, a beautiful ship and great customer service...then jump aboard the MSC Meraviglia! I didn’t include food because it is average at best.....equaling most cruise lines.

Overall, we loved this cruise. We’ve been on Royal, Norwegian, princess, celebrity and Carnival. Yes there were some things that weren’t great. But that’s been experienced on every other cruise line I’ve been on with the exception of celebrity. After we got home, we booked two more cruises on this line. Very pleased and looking forward to doing it again.

Cruises out of Port Canaveral, watched a Space X launch from the Horizon Pool Deck, stopped in Nassau and then enjoyed a beach day at the breathtaking Ocean Cay.

One of the most beautiful ships we’ve been on. The Yacht Club experience made it exceptional and well worth the extra cost.

Disappointing Yacht Club restaurant unfortunately

The over-all experience is something I would never repeat Based on the horrible embarkation and disembarkation process, overcrowded ship and mediocre food. If we could afford 5k per person it would've been a better experience. This is not a vacation for families on a budget. You have to be able to afford the yacht club to truly enjoy a cruise with MSC. I didn't know this until I cruised. We cruised with Carnival before and the over-all experience was much smoother. However, the entertainment and the private island were wonderful. So it wasn't a complete loss!

great cruise- so much fun- staff is spectacular. Food at main dining not my style at all- not a foodie. Don't want to wait till they open to get a menu for the day only to need my phone to google what it is :)

This cruise was amazing! First off for a cruise ship that holds around 7-8k passengers and we only had about 800 it was amazing!! I travel all the time and I legitimately wanted a true relaxing vacation and this is what I got. I loved every moment of it. I did a full review on Youtube just search MrBucketlist on youtube and MSC Meraviglia but I just can't say enough. The price being 300 bucks after everything for a balcony cabin out of Miami??? Try it out is all I can say- MrBucketlist

Overall we were very pleased with both the ship and itinerary. The production shows and Cirque are a definite must-see. The weather wasn't as cooperative with only Belize and Honduras being exceptionally warm in the 26C to 29C/78 to 84F range. Most of the days were a comfortable 23C/73F. Would we go again? Absolutely.

Very nice cruise, gorgeous itinerary with a spotless ship. Sadly we could not go to Ocean Cay. It was replaced by Ocho Rios. Every Cabin got a 100$ onboard credit immediately and a 20% Future cruise credit. So well done eventually

Awesome, don't listen to the haters. I think they've never cruised before and didn't know what to expect from a big ship or didn't do their research. This was our 12th cruise but first on MSC. We are Gold on Disney and RCCL. We will be back to MSC for sure!

Don’t really get what all the negative reviews are about. Besides minor gripes like no free movies available on the cabin TV, only ones to rent for $10, no movies played on the big screen on the pool deck, and some of the bartenders that were in no hurry to take your order, I have nothing bad to say about the Jan 8th sailing. There may have been particular issues with other’s embark and debark because of things out of MSCs control, but this particular sailing was great all around from food to service to the whole experience. I wouldn’t hesitate to book with MSC again.

Overall this was a great relaxing cruise! I recommend.

Was a very good cruise, don't do dinner at the Circ De Cirli show

It is our 8th cruise with MSC and it was a success. We need a second time to do the East coast because there is too may beautiful things to see and I guess we will book with them again the yacht club were things always go smoothly overall.

Unfortunately, I don’t think I will cruise with MSC again although their private island was amazing from the beginning of the trip starting at New York airport MSC did not pick me up for the transfer and then getting on the ship took 2 1/2 hours being on the ship was kind of boring The food was not so good

UNFORGETTABLE EXPERIENCE! I am ready to go again! Unbelievably relaxing and rejuvenating!
