With 15 cruises under my belt, I think I have formed a sufficient opinion to know that I like it and not a cruise. It's the third time I'm sailing with MSC Cruises. MSC Fantasia in 2011, MSC Preziosa in 2013 and this one that concerns us in 2017 in MSC Meraviglia. The ship is beautiful. It has the characteristic elegance of MSC Cruises ships. However, there are some aspects that I do not quite understand where so many millions of dollars have been spent. However I do not explain how with so much space per cabin they dedicate only 90 cm x 90 cm approximately to the toilet access dispenser where it is not possible to keep one door open without disturbing the other.  In the same way, the MSC Áurea Spa, with about 1,100 m2, dedicates a Pool of bubbles of just 5 m x 3 m approximately and a depth of 50 centimeters !. It is impossible to extend the legs if another passenger comes in front. Disappointing.

The cruise was excellent and besides my complaint about low temperatures on deck 5 and 6 I really don't have anything else to say than that the ship is really amazing. I would go on that ship again. I loved it and I really enjoyed my cruise. I loved the ship, I loved the shops, pools, waterslides, everything! I recommend this ship to everyone!

This cruise was rerouted because of the storm, which is very understandable. My issue is that MSC communicated the itinerary change late on Friday evening. Given that storms do not appear overnight, I would have appreciated a several day in advance notice as more of a courtesy as I am sure the company would have been tracking this weather event. I still had a great time with the new itinerary. I do believe more entertainment is needed & the cruise director should be more visible. On other lines there is so much more to do and the CDs are always out and about engaging with us. Many people like all the fluff cakes and tarts offered in buffet, but many of us also would just like a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie every now and again as well. So, maybe just offering something simple would be great. Overall, it was a nice time, and I am glad the ship is still in good shape and just as beautiful.

It was a great cruise overall. Only thing I will complain about is that it was cold in our room. The thermostat wouldn't go any higher. I'm not sure if it was because they was not prepared to be in the cold but every night and morning we woke up freezing to the point where I had to let the hot shower run to get the room warm.

Cruise was great! Had an awesome time & got to explore the ship areas I missed on my first MSC cruise.

This was our first MSC cruise and it was our first YC experience. It was worth every penny. The staff was excellent and the fact that there were only 220 passengers in YC made it feel special.

I did not want to go on a cruise. too much money, I cannot swim. But after I got on MSC workers made you feel so welcome. Now I would go on another cruise.

I will probably not cruise with MSC again. This was my 4th cruise using different cruise lines and this by far rated on the bottom. I didn’t find most of the staff particularly friendly, the buffet food was sub par at best. We sailed through a pretty vicious storm and it was only addressed once by the captain, even though we endured two days of scary turbulence

The boat is beautiful and the staff is friendly. The itinerary was great and offered a few awesome adventures. Food was lackluster but activities made up for it. Overall the cruise was worth the price but was far from blowing our minds.

Beautiful ship, there are many entertainment activities on board, the staff service is professional and polite, the food is fresh and rich in variety

MSC blew me away! I will cruise with them again. My husband and I had an amazing time. Everyone on the cruise works hard to make sure we are all happy. I loved how the crew made us feel special and the fact that the Director and activities manager participate in the event. They due make you feel like you are part of the MSC family. I love how MSC takes good care of Ocean Cay! No straws and avoids the use of unnecessary plastic. They recycle on the beach!

When I booked this cruise, I was not considering the spring break crowd. There were lots of families, children and college kids on the ship. It was very very crowded and I won’t book during this time of year again. I think this was also my last “short” cruise. It seems longer cruises that are generally more expensive attract a more well-behaved clientele. There can be bad apples in every bunch, but the vibe on this one had me much more cautious of my surroundings than usual. There is no comparison to 7 nights on Allure of the Seas and 3 nights on MSC Meraviglia.....completely different experience. This ship was fine, but I liked Divina much more. They had lot of activities and it was nice being ported at Ocean Cay overnight. It would be great if they took a cue from Royal's playbook with their approach to their safety drill. After watching the video on the cabin TV and calling the number on the in-cabin phone to confirm, everyone was STILL required to visit a muster station to “check in”. This is fine, but they shut down all the elevators during this process and everyone on 14 had to take the stairs down to 7 then go back up. I watched an elderly couple really struggle to get down the stairs. By all means, have people report to their muster station, but shutting down the elevators makes it a challenge. They did the same drill the next day for those who did not attend the first day and they all had full use of the elevators. It was an ok cruise, but nothing really stood out. I'll cruise with MSC again, but definitely on a different ship for a longer duration.

There are plenty of ours aboard the ship. It was just a matter of finding one that did not have long lines of people waiting for a beverage. The longest lines were always the outdoor pool bars. We found the casino bar was a great place to grab a beverage and chat with other people on the cruise

I cruised with my significant other, and another couple for one of our 40th birthdays. The 3 others I cruised with have never cruised before. Their overall experience was great! The negative takeaways I feel could be fixed but it is just how the cruise does it maybe? I've cruised Disney, Silver Seas, Carnival and Norwegian. MSC is beautiful and clean. Pools are small and service is slow but Ocean Cay was nice.

2nd sailing on this beautiful ship. She does not disappoint. Since I live very close to Port Canaveral, when I want to do a relaxing holiday, I always consider MSC.

Was very relaxing experience wish the buffet was more variety and not so crowded

Fourth MSC Cruise. Beautiful ship Food got worse Staff was excellent Entertainment hit or miss I'm probably gonna do land vacations for awhile though. There's a bunch of work to do to get the cruise industry back on pace. Not complaining just observation.

We introduced our son and daughter-in-law to cruising on this trip. They really enjoyed it, and we hope that this will be the first of many for them. This survey is rating my responses at 3.5, not sure why. I actually give it a solid 4 out of 5.

The ship was beautiful, the food was absolutely delicious. Our staff was very efficient and friendly. We definitely will cruise again on the MSC Meraviglia.
