Review summary
This cruise was rerouted because of the storm, which is very understandable. My issue is that MSC communicated the itinerary change late on Friday evening. Given that storms do not appear overnight, I would have appreciated a several day in advance notice as more of a courtesy as I am sure the company would have been tracking this weather event. I still had a great time with the new itinerary. I do believe more entertainment is needed & the cruise director should be more visible. On other lines there is so much more to do and the CDs are always out and about engaging with us. Many people like all the fluff cakes and tarts offered in buffet, but many of us also would just like a chocolate chip cookie or a brownie every now and again as well. So, maybe just offering something simple would be great. Overall, it was a nice time, and I am glad the ship is still in good shape and just as beautiful.Embarkation
