Nice Cruise Unfortunately The medallion app and The medallion Network are not ready for prime time

It was a nice time despite one "rude guy" and some dining and elevator issues. There's always going to be issues. I was just happy to be there and make a vacation memory with my family.

This was a VIP casino cruise with a lot of extras that wasn’t given and spent most of the cruise trying to get what I was suppose to receive, only to get a few of them. The cruise was still a blessing to go on with what our world is facing at the moment. Beside some glitches, princess still is our favorite cruise line by far. The 7 day cruise to Cabo is quite daunting, with the time changes and all the walking in the ports to the all day beach days, it took its toll, hence my cruise title - ‘Cruise Lag’, ha ha

Our previous cruises were all in the Caribbean so we were surprised how cold this trip was. From sail away in LA to the cold Pacific waters we really didn’t plan this trip well. We are used to spending our days on the lido listening to steel drum bands setting the mood, instead we had to wear windbreakers and watch a video of a Hall & Oats concert… seriously. The colder weather itinerary forces more people inside so there should be more live entertainment throughout this beautiful ship. Again, there was no lack of talent, just lack of options. We are in our 50’s but at times we felt like we were in Heaven’s waiting room. The medallion itself worked well, however the app was frustrating at times.. especially trying to book reservations. We are thankful that we can travel, especially how the world is crazy right now. We made memories and that is what traveling is all about.

Need to get the had held machines working. none worked

Great, relaxing vacation. Crew was great. Food was delicious. Almost full capacity but was able to find lounge chairs; adults only area so relaxing.

It was a great cruise all the parts for a really nice California cost us a lot better than the Mexican wine you don’t get a bunch of Mexicans trying to sell your stuff

Was a nice long awaited cruise. Had planned to just relax and enjoy our time together. Was the first time to experience the Medallion feature. There were plenty of issues with the WiFi connectivity which was frustration to use onboard. Prefer the old school ways of the past.

Our 8th cruise with Princess and it was FABULOUS!!

What a disappointment. Dining is a BIG part of cruising and Princess failed miserably on this cruise from 3-12-2022 to 3-19-2022. Phones at the front desk and Housekeeping were never answered, so you had to truck on down and wait in line to get questions answered. On 2 consecutive days our room was not serviced until after 2:30pm. REALLY????

Enjoyed my spring break cruise. As a solo sometimes it’s hard to find people to get eat and play trivia with but I never did on this trip had a great time and would do it again.

Loved the ship and the ports. I would have taken an excursion at every port, but had been on this itinerary before.

It was a great cruise. The ship was less than half capacity. All the ship staff was very friendly and happy to be working again.

My favorite Princess ship. So new and modern. Cabins have many outlets. Internet was good. The cruise director, Natalie, was perky and fun. Love her enthusiasm.

Stayed onboard for Cabo but enjoyed a great excursion in Mazatlan. I just walked ashore in Puerto Vallarta. Great cruise ship and itinerary.

Relaxing and pretty quiet. Due to only 1300 capacity, elevators were almost always empty.

Overall, the cruise ranked a 3.5 out of 5. I love cruising (my 26th) so I'd so it again....

Amazing super friendly staff. Clean well maintained ship. Fun times. We look forward to a future cruise with Princess.

After multiple disappointing cancelations due to the pandemic, it was so nice to have an actual vacation. I had to pinch myself several times that this was a realized dream. A definite negative of the pandemic has been canceled and halted vacations. Vacationing and visiting beautiful places that exist across the ocean keep hope alive and provide something to look forward to.

This was our first Covid cruise. We found the ship wonderful, especially since it was only about 40% full. We hardly ever had to share an elevator. But most remarkable was the fact we could actually find an elevator during the disembarkation process, something that has never happened before. Food was okay though there was not much variety in the buffet. Service was excellent throughout the ship.
