Review summary

This was a VIP casino cruise with a lot of extras that wasn’t given and spent most of the cruise trying to get what I was suppose to receive, only to get a few of them. The cruise was still a blessing to go on with what our world is facing at the moment. Beside some glitches, princess still is our favorite cruise line by far. The 7 day cruise to Cabo is quite daunting, with the time changes and all the walking in the ports to the all day beach days, it took its toll, hence my cruise title - ‘Cruise Lag’, ha ha

Always high level of service, steward Allan was exceptional, had issues with once onboard with getting free PBP, free Wi-Fi that I was suppose to receive from my booking,never received either one but Maria with guest relations did help as much as she could. So now I have too make the dreaded phone call to princess to argue my case for what I was suppose to get that I didn’t receive, ugh!

Cabin / Stateroom

Was upgraded for free from interior to obstructed view balcony, no complaints at all. Steward Allan was the best, always there too help when needed.

Ship tip

Save names,emails and numbers of people in case you have problems once you get onboard.this would of save a lot me a lot of trouble with my situation about free incentives.
