Stayed onboard for Cabo but enjoyed a great excursion in Mazatlan. I just walked ashore in Puerto Vallarta. Great cruise ship and itinerary.

Embarkation was quite slow moving, not sure why but considerably slower than my previous cruise a month earlier. Then they neglected to tell me they had reassigned my cabin versus what I had on all my paperwork. That meant my medallion wouldn’t open the door and then I had to go to guest services and get in yet another long line. They had upgraded me from an inside to a balcony cabin so I can’t really complain that much!

Overall I enjoyed the food and service however the buffet was really a letdown. Inattentive drink service, limited food options, insufficient stations to properly serve cruisers and poor layout.
The food in Allegro and Concerto was good and the service was excellent. The pizza and dessert in Alfredo was excellent as well along with the pool deck burger bar, ice cream and international cafe.

Shows were great, especially the comedy magician Nathan Pham who joined us in Cabo and performed several times for us.
Service and Staff

Cabin stewards, MDR servers, bar staff and activity staff were excellent. Main letdown was the buffet drink service, more than once I had almost finished my meal before the coffee, tea or other drink I asked for showed up 🤦🏼♂️

Great location, excellent steward. Bathroom is really tight. Balcony is really small. Bedroom area is tight as well.
