Interactive screens helpful, hand cleansing stations great, only disappointment was the spa services---I wish they had been either less expensive or of higher quality

Restaurant personnel and food was top notch. Cabin personnel were also top notch. The customer service personnel were not helpful.

I have sailed on larger ships but enjoy this size vessel for this type of cruise. If you are lucky enough to score a room mid ship you are so close to everything. There was nothing spectacular and all the amenity's were very good but expected if you have cruised several times like we have.

We had 'My Time Dining' and still ended up with the same wait staff each night in the Gatsby - which was awesome. Bring a book or two to read to keep yourself entertained. Wi-fi, even though purchased on board, did not work. Don't waste your money. You get cell service in Puerto Rico.

I usually have a balcony room for privacy and fresh air, but on this ship there are only two decks at the very top and in bad weather it is *very* rough so that sleeping is hard (or "sickening"). Middle of the ship with outside room on deck 3 or 4 might be better. Don't count on hand lotion, etc.

This was our 5th sailing on this ship as it is very convenient to our home. We liked the ports on this sailing (except Porto Rico) The staff is always friendly and efficient.

All of the Trivia was held in the bar. If you didn't want to play trivia, you were told to be quiet so they could hear. You couldn't even drink at the Viking Bar because of private parties. I wanted to sit down in a comfortable chair, have a beer, and have fun with my family and friends...

I think the last three days should be broken up with a stop somewhere. Three days is too long on the ship. My only other negative comment is that I felt that the "Sexiest Man Contest" was trashy and inappropriate.
