Outstanding customer service!!!!

Sail Date: November 11, 2014

Reviewed: 2 years ago

Traveled As: Family (older children)

Room Type: Balcony

Excellent customer service, friendly crew, minimum children on board (which I wanted), other passengers were experienced cruisers.  Who could ask for more?  Happy

Ship Quality
It's an older ship but the staff was very competent in keeping it clean and in repair
Food and Dining
Excellent choices and desserts particularly well-prepared
Cabin / Stateroom
Loved having an interior cabin by myself, as I only sleep in the cabin
Service and Staff
Our dining room staff and my cabin attendant
The ventriloquest, stand up comic, and live musicians
Onboard Activities
many and varied---although the spa was overpriced for the quality
Destinations and Excursions
I don't care where we are going, I just want to be at sea
Baltimore, Maryland That's why I took the trip---it left and returned to Balto
Labadee (Cruiseline Private Island) did not go ashore
San Juan, Puerto Rico same as previous trips
Charlotte Amalie, St. Thomas did not go ashore
Philipsburg, St. Maarten just visited shops/vendors within walking distance

Interactive screens helpful, hand cleansing stations great, only disappointment was the spa services---I wish they had been either less expensive or of higher quality
