It was generally a memorable trip. The StepOne dance shows were excellent. Table serve Dade was excellent. Cabin crew were excellent.

This was our first cruise, so we started with a big one. First about the ship; it was the perfect size for us. We were not traveling with children, so we were not concerned about having a lot of high-energy activities on board. There were plenty of things to do onboard during sea days, and of course the main thing was to be out on the decks enjoying the beauty of Alaska. We really enjoyed each of the ports we visited, although we would have liked to have more time in some of them to explore a bit more. The most enjoyable for us were of course Glacier Bay which is stunningly beautiful, and then Sitka. We just really enjoyed our time there. Everyone we met in the ports was friendly and we did not have a negative encounter our entire trip. I would very highly recommend taking this cruise with Holland America aboard the Eurodam. We brough home so many wonderful memories of this exceptional trip.

Great cruise for first time to Alaska; good port of calls, great excursions, enough things to do underway

This was my first cruise traveling with my husband and immediate family. The food on the Eurodam was amazing as were the amenities on the ship. We appreciated that this was a medium sized ship as we could get everywhere relatively quick and it never felt crowded. We were always on time to port or a little bit early, and thoroughly enjoyed the places we visited. This will be the first of many Holland cruises for us!

We expected rain and cold and we had 7 days of sun shine and mild weather with lots of wildlife and snow capped mountains to see. Every crew member was pleasant and we would do this trip again.

really enjoyed the cruise. was 1st in a long time so many feastures were unknown. more, better & clearer specific information would have made the cruise more relaxing. I'm still awaiting for the United miles to be applied/

If you can afford it, please go on this cruise. You will not regret it.

Things are getting better since the Covid shut down. Much more like we remember and enjoyed.

We have heard so many positive comments from friends who cruise a lot on Holland America. Frankly, it was only an average cruise experience.

Very enjoyable cruise to a long-desired destination. We've done the Alaska cruise, a Mediterranean cruise and a Rhine River cruise - enjoyed them all.

This was my second time cruising the Pamana Canal. This was a dissapointing second trip.

PROS; EVERYTHING IS BACK TO NORMAL OR BETTER. IF YOU HAVE STATUS YOU NOW NEED TO POLITLY REMIND AND ASK AND THEY ARE MORE THAN HAPPY TO ACCOMIDATE. AGAIN..."BETTER THAN NORMAL" CONS; CHECK THE ACCOUNTING NOW AND THEN. LIKE ALL COMPANIES THIS DIGITAL CRAP HAS GOTTEN OUT OF LINE, AND MAKES IT MUCH HARDER ON STAFF TO MAKE CORRECTIONS, BUT OF COURSE BY CRUISE END, ALL WAS ACCOUNTED FOR PERFECTLY. EXAMPLE. WE BOUGHT FIVE (5) WINE PACKAGES...(THE WAY TO GO), AND IT WAS HARD FOR WAITERS AWAY FROM BARS TO KEEP TRACK OF BOTTLES, ETC. AGAIN...NOT THEM, ACCOUNTING SYSTEMS..ETC. DO NOT USE THE SPA SERVICES IN PROTEST UNTIL THEY GET A REAL PROFESSIONAL COMPANY IN THERE. THE FACILITIES, YES, PERFECT. THE FOLKS FINE, BUT THE ACTUAL COMPANY H.A. HIRED TO BE (RUN) THE SPA ...SUCKS AND DOES NOT BACK THEIR FINE FOLKS...NOT ENOUGH OF COURSE TO RUIN A PERFECTLY FINE VACATION AND ADVENTURE...THANKS AGAIN.

We are glad we went. Two excursions to Panama canal and Costa Rica were terrific. Pretty much why we went. Had been to Aruba and Curacao before. Holland America is not very handicapped friendly.

I would never book this cruise again. The only recommendation I would make is to book with another cruise line.

Overall it was a wonderful trip. The service was great. The quality of food needs alot work.

This cruise doesn't list Cuba on the itinerary, but half a day is spent just offshore of the north side of Cuba. It's in the distance, and you can't stop, but that too is a good day. This cruise has a great variety of very interesting islands included. The formerly Dutch colonies are completely different from the former Spanish colonies we have visited.

We will never cruise Holland America again. Staff was wonderful but entertainment wasn't that enjoyable, food was mediocre at best.

First cruise on Holland America. 10+ previous cruises on Princess, Royal Caribbean, Carnival, Norwegian and Viking. Will avoid Holland America in the future.
