Review summary

This was my second time cruising the Pamana Canal. This was a dissapointing second trip.

Food and Dining

Pinnacle Grill ,the food was good, service took 2.5 hours ! Tamarind Resturant ,the food was also good. Dining Room experienced many delays, the food selection was terrible. Food was just OK. Buffet food selection seemed the same everyday. The pasta was overcooked and the sauces were very runny. Best food of this cruise's food was the Holland America bread pudding. That was delicious.

Onboard Activities

The Crow's Nest had a great view. The game room but did not have enough games. There was only one Rummy Cubes game. 7-10 copies of other games.

Children's Programs

The only kids I saw were running and jumping around the pool . Young kids not supervised.

Service and Staff

Tama and Ari were excellent room stewarts. The best ever ! Dani in laundry services was just great. All crew services in the casino were friendly and helpful. Room Services were hard to reach and took several call to get something.

Cultural Journey and Soul Food Delight Cultural Journey was a miserable tour. Many mobility challenged guests were not prepared for the walking on uneven surfuces, standing for long periods of time in the heat or climbing stairs. Soul Food Delight ( the 2nd Half ) was awesome. Chef was creative, talented and professional. Fun !
