Angelica and Princess were great help in the Neptune lounge. Also Munir was very friendly and helpful. Also, while dining, our attendant "Buche" was pleasant and welcoming as well.

Wonder what they meant by “managing onboard expenses “? I always check my account several times a day and immediately take it to the service desk if there is an error (rare, but has happened).
