Review summary

I would never book this cruise again. The only recommendation I would make is to book with another cruise line.

Horrible experience. Online it says if you have no card you can add cash at customer service. When we went a lady named Elka serviced us. We gave her one because that’s all we had on us and she literally inspected the money 3 times. She handed us back certain bills that she said she could not except. Then she called her coworker over to ask if she can except our money and he said yes. Elka told him that’s not true and he asked her y is he wasting her time if she already knows the answer. Then she goes to count the money 2 more times just wasting our time as if our money was fake.

The food wasn’t that great. I’ve never had such a hard time trying to purchase drinks. The bartender named Rico by the back pool bar was the worst. He acted like he didn’t see us. I think he didn’t not want to serve us because we are black. He served everybody that came after us and it got to the point where the customers had to tell him that we were next. He just looked at us in disgust and continued to service everybody else. We just went to a different bar I was so upset. I shoulda just went to my room and saved my money.

The cabin was nice but I would stay on a higher floor due to the Bslcony not being see through . I couldn’t see the ocean sitting down .

Pick any other cruise line, I’ve been on ones 10000 times better.

Horrible. I look at my statement on the tv and it show I haven’t paid for anything. I look at my bank statements and I was already charged for them. They put everybody I was with statements together for some odd reason and then tells us we owe a big balance even though we paid already. When we went to customer services as out this problem of them trying to scam us Jefferson at customer service tells us he does not have time for this and was only concerned about us paying a balance that we had already paid. That was very unprofessional.

I agree with JT1962. Even though there's not much research you could have done about the customer service rep, the rest of the things were definitely due to little to no research. Sorry you had such a bad experience.

It sounds like more research should’ve been done to pick a cruise line better suited for you. When most everything is rated one star, the problem is usually with the reviewer, and not the cruise line or specific ship.
