Find out room arrangement before booking this ship. 89 year old mother almost fell numerous times trying to maneuver around bed to go into bathroom. I did as well. Very poor layout. If you want private balcony, better ask. Ours was not.

Finding a chair on the deck is pretty tough to find. Even though the policy is guest aren't allowed to reserve chairs with towels and/or belongings, people did that any way. I'd suggest doing it anyway or getting the staff to enforce this policy.

Customer Service represents (Royal Caribbean) You have the most unfriendly CS staff I have ever encountered we will NEVER sail with Enchantment of the sea again If you continue to let your customer service talk and treat guest the way we were. You will loose a lot of repeat business

we went to all the shows which were very entertaining. We had a family of 6, so very delightful dinners every night. The main pool was very crowded especially the sea day. Get there early if you want a chair .

Check out your room before the ship leaves the port ! The room you get may not match the photos on the website.

this was our second time a few years apart on this ship. Food was outstanding every night in the dining room and the buffet always had something for everyone. Ship was clean and everyone was friendly. We took some friends that were first time cruisers and they're now hooked. They loved the trip.

Windjammer Cafe had almost the same food as the dining room, but you could sample more. With Spring Breakers, though, it was very crowded. Desserts look better than they taste.

We really liked the day at Coco Cay. (even though day was shortened due to high winds). The snorkeling is good right off the beach. The water clear and with beautiful shades of blue. Water was reasonably warm for March, stayed in for 2 hours. The BBQ meal tasted good and there was plenty of food.

If your from the west coast take the late dinner hour and you really don't need to get the drink packages unless you know your going to be drinking a lot.

Chef's Table - worth the price Buy the Ultimate unlimited drinks package - great value Chops - again worth the price In Nassau, look for the window in the side of a building selling local food - try the conch fritters with a cold Kalik - there was a line of locals lined up and worth the wait!

I printed off the deck plans, stacked them in order and looked them over before we left. I noted which deck included each of the public areas and where our cabin was. I was able to walk on the ship and know my way around immediately.

In the Windjammer, get your table before food - 100% - some times there was 1 person at a 6 person table etc.. If you just want a beer find a person with a cart as the bars were very busy and the carts generally had no-one Carry your own luggage off the ship, we were off & thru security in 20mins

Be sure to ask for Manuel when you book your reservations for dinner. You will be totally satisfied with the service you'll receive.

If this is your first ship trip, take a chance and go. You won't know if you'll enjoy it if you don't take the chance. This was my second ship trip and I loved them both so far.
