Review summary
We enjoyed the experience of our cruise beginning with our wonderful and personable agent, Terrance Boone. If he didn't know the answer, he would find it for us and get back in a timely manner.
The cruise crew was wonderful as well as the organization, food, and activities
However, we were very confused about our OBC. I had been told that we were to receive $200 per cabin (3), plus another $50? My 21 day sign up didn't go through so thought I had lost that. The other two cabins that I signed up for (40000464 and 40000438) did so they had theirs on their final bill. They were told when he inquired that they would only get $50. Our final bill reflected our $300 credit, and the final bill was charged on our credit card with the $300 deducted. However, our credit card account is now showing a "pending" charge of 311.44 and 172.43 and we don't know what that is. It's a charge that would have happened after we left the ship. I wrote them to ask what that was.
Did we , in fact, get our OBC.
That was our only problem. Everything else was very enjoyable and all that we thought it would be. Thank you, Terrance.

Ship tip
we went to all the shows which were very entertaining. We had a family of 6, so very delightful dinners every night. The main pool was very crowded especially the sea day. Get there early if you want a chair .
