Review summary

We enjoyed the experience of our cruise beginning with our wonderful and personable agent, Terrance Boone.  If he didn't know the answer, he would find it for us and get back in a timely manner.

The cruise crew was wonderful as well as the organization, food, and activities

However, we were very confused about our OBC.  I had been told that we were to receive $200 per cabin (3), plus another $50?  My 21 day sign up didn't go through so thought I had lost that.  The other two cabins that I signed up for (40000464 and 40000438) did so they had theirs on their final bill.  They were told when he inquired that they would only get $50.  Our final bill reflected our $300 credit, and the final bill was charged on our credit card with the $300 deducted.  However, our credit card account is now showing a "pending" charge of 311.44 and 172.43 and we don't know what that is.  It's a charge that would have happened after we left the ship.  I wrote them to ask what that was.

Did we , in fact, get our OBC.

That was our only problem.   Everything else was very enjoyable and all that we thought it would be.   Thank you, Terrance.

Food and Dining

Really enjoyed the dining room. Powdered eggs were not the best, but the eggs for order were great. Dinners were very good. Windjammer was convenient for breakfast and lunch, but very crowded.

Nice to have a balcony this time, especially to watch the landing and "take offs"w

Ship tip

we went to all the shows which were very entertaining. We had a family of 6, so very delightful dinners every night. The main pool was very crowded especially the sea day. Get there early if you want a chair .

Parking was extremely easy and close.

Cococay (Cruise Line's Private Island)

float on the raft that you can rent. Try walking all the way over to the other side of the island if you want fewer people on the beach.

Nassau, Bahamas

We took the catamaran trip which was interesting and the air conditioned bus tour of the city. It was the way to go to get an overview of what is there, which isn't much.

THE NEXT TIME U GO ON A CRUISE..DON'T LINK ANY THING TO UR PERSONAL CREDIT CARD...PUT MONEY ON THEIR PREPAID CARD THAT U CAN GET WHEN U CHECK IN SO THAT WAY U KNOW HOW MUCH MONEY THAT U PUT ON UR CARD AND NO HOLDS WILL BE PUT ON UR PERSONAL CARD
