Review summary

We have sailed on the Enchantment of the Seas before, and ship looks a little tired, however the food and staff more than make up for it.  Paid for internet service with no service so that was a waste of money, booked spa treatments and they had ran out of the products so i had to pay $50 more. We were not aware our cabin would have bunk beds and my youngest son 6 was too frightened to sleep high so spent 3 nights on a mattress on a floor which was not ideal, but had no alternative room to give us, not dealt with very sympathetically!
