This is our 3rd Disney cruise, first on the Wish. We enjoy the kids programming, superior service, food and shows. The new ship did not disappoint! The bars/lounges are now out and around the ship rather than clustered at the back. We liked this change. There are only 2 main stairwells and they get crowded. Also they don’t go all the way to the top deck so it’s hard to find your way around. But that just makes me want to do another cruise so I feel like I got the lay of the ship.

As usual, a Disney cruise is a great time. The ship is wonderful and looks amazing. Entertainment and food is top notch.

Great experience for the family! Shows are great and dinner experience was really good. Food options on the bufet restaurant were great!

Small ship. Long lines. Terrible island, compared to CoCo Cay(royal Caribbean private island) characters were sparse. Food was great. Drinks very expensive. Anything extra will cost you.

Service and food were excellent, ship was beautiful, but the disembarkation and itinerary changes essentially ruined the trip for my family. We chose the Disney Cruise line for its quality reputation, but the overall experience was that we did not get what we paid for. Disney should have provided the opportunity to change to another date before we boarded because we would never have chosen a stop in Mexico. They also need to manage disembarkation far better than our experience.

For a 3 or 4 night cruise for someone who has not cruised before you will still love this cruise ship...however for 7 night cruises ( which will be the next ship) the adult only areas just dont cut it! Great furniture but too small area to find a place to relax in the sun, adult pool WAY too small and very hard to get out of, only 1 jacuzzi, Cove Cafe too hard to access, The Rose Bar is gorgeous with beautiful stemware and great drinks, Palo rocks as always-lets hope Disney can modify the layout for the next new ship and then fix this one in the first drydock!

Overall it was a great experience. I would do a few things different if we ever do another Disney cruise.

It’s a beautiful ship but a bit awkward. Elevators are in dead end areas so they get very crowded with people. You can stand there awhile if you’re not aggressive. I would put the blame on the designer for sure. Staff is wonderful. Great food.

The Disney Wish was absolutely beautiful. I love this ship and can’t wait to book another cruise on the Wish.

Overall it was a great experience I cruise ALOT. This was my first Disney cruise and I enjoyed it however at the price point I’m not sure that I personally would go on them again unless I was able to get a good deal or was taking a niece or nephew. It’s definitely aimed more at families, which I expected but was hoping there would be a little more for the adults. The areas were there on the ship, just not open all day. Every inside bar was closed by midnight and most didn’t open until 5. So for me it was not a great value, for what I paid for my verandah room I could have booked a suite level room on Celebrity or NCL which are equally matched with food, service and entertainment quality and offer more activities for adults.

This was our 2nd DCL cruise & it was great to experience!

Disney Wish was not ready for primetime and certainly not up to the standards of a Disney Cruise. Lines everywhere, many features broken or not available, service was terrible, food was some of the worst I have had anywhere.We even had to wait nearly an hour just to buy souvenirs in the shop. It was one big cattle call and we did not feel like guests but another number.

Overall enjoyed the cruise. The ship needs a little tweaking here and their ( better signage on the stairways as to the floor also need a late night sweet table along with the pizza)

We enjoyed the cruise, the ship and the staff. We would recommend the Disney Wish, especially for Disney fans.

For a long time DCL cruiser, the Wish was certainly a different Disney ship. The artwork and the ship itself is beautiful and clean, just not what I’m used to. Some more cruises on the Wish will take care of that! The new restaurants are terrific and the new pool deck eats are not to miss!

Great cruise, very expensive compared to similar level of cruise lines

It was too short, I enjoyed the cruise despite some nuances. The Wish seems overly hyped and they seem to fully book these sailings making it uncomfortable sometimes with the crowd.

I loved my cruise BUT THE FOOD NOT SO MUCH!! I had heard so much that the Disney food was so great, but the food was subpar to me even the buffet was not that good and we rotated to the three different restaurants. They were not that good food for me was below Royal and Carnival. The characters were great for the kids, see, however it took at lot to be in the long lines for them. The ship is breathtaking but I would not cruise on Disney again.
