It’s a beautiful ship but a bit awkward. Elevators are in dead end areas so they get very crowded with people. You can stand there awhile if you’re not aggressive. I would put the blame on the designer for sure. Staff is wonderful. Great food.
Embarkation
1 out of 5
Embarkation was a chaotic disaster . There were lines for boarding but people were just charging the door and cutting in to get inside. Not a pleasant experience
Ship experiences
Food and Dining
4 out of 5
Food was good, service slow, tables for 2 or 4 were lined up within 2 inches of each other , why bother, it’s practically long rows of tables in each restaurant - not like the other Disney ships.
Onboard Activities

Entertainment
4 out of 5
Entertainment was good but they cut back on physical props and use a lot of background video. Aladdin was only an hour so storyline was rushed and missing parts IMO.
Service and Staff
5 out of 5
This is where Disney shines but even the staff seemed overwhelmed and pushed to their limits. Watching staff running with food trays is not a relaxing dinner
Ship Quality
2 out of 5
What happened, we had to take three different elevators to get to the adult pool and cafe. Just weird. Some long halls no windows etc. I like the original ships as they seem to resemble more of an ocean liner
Cabin / Stateroom
3 out of 5
Nice looking and spacious cabin but it creaked all day and all night somewhere near the doorframe and wall. Never had this on the other ships and did not expect it in a brand new ship. Disrupted our sleep. Engineering should check this out but while the ship is moving.
Ship tip
Get a balcony room so you have somewhere to go when you get tired of 4000 people trying to all do the same things
