JJ's was a nice place to have dinner the first night, could have eaten there more often. If you nave never done a Chief's table I would encourage you to do so. It's not inexpensive but well worth the money. We have done several over the years and I have to say this was one of the best.

IF YOU'RE AN ADULT, DON'T EXPECT TO SWIM OR GO INTO THE JACUZZI WITHOUT A BUNCH OF YELLING, SCREAMING KIDS SURROUNDING YOU. :-(

The one tip I would give anyone about to sail on the Carnival Sunshine is to stop, reconsider, inconvenience yourself and travel to another departure port and go on a different cruise ship. The Sunshine has one hand out and the other hand in your pocket.

If you do Anytime Dining & don't want to go to through the Casino head toward the Aft of the ship on whatever deck you're on. Go to deck 5 from there & get your ticket then back down to 3. I believe it's the last bank of elevators as you head to the back. We never had to wait but we always ate early

If you've cruised on other cruise lines and this is your first Carnival do not expect it to be like the others. I'm sorry to leave such a negative review, but its just the way it was!

take a pencil and highlighter and PLAN YOUR DAY!!!! and pay attention to your card, you have a designated area to eat, the Lido buffet is the 'added' perk...
