Great experience

Sail Date: June 10, 2016

Traveled As: Couple

Room Type: Balcony

When we had trouble with our dining times, the head waiter saw to it that we had a great table at 6:00 dining.  He checked on us each evening and really cared about us.  Melissa - the hostess in charge of our dining room was wonderful, caring and talked to us each evening.  Really was sincere about our dining experience.

Casino - The machines were confusing with so many buttons to get your money transferred over. Not user friendly at all.  Smoking was allowed throughout the Casino.  There should be a special Smoking area for those patrons.  We had to keep moving to get away from the smoke.

Overall - we had a great time and would definitely take another cruise in the near future.  Your staff works hard to please so many people.  We like the different programs that you had to offer especially the Military Appreciation.

The food was great and such a variety from breakfast to bed time snacks.  The drinks were good and available.

Great Experience!!!Love

Cabin / Stateroom
Very comfortable and the view from the balcony was amazing and breath taking. It was quiet and peaceful to take naps and to sleep at night.
Embarkation and Disembarkation
Waited a long time to get on the boat and sat with a couple of ladies with a screaming child. Once on the ship, everything started to get better. Disembarkation - waited until 11:10 get get off the ship from 8:00 that morning.

Onboard Activities
Service and Staff Extremely courteous and helpful. Had so much fun with the waiters - Ryan, Emmanuel ,Spitz. They were excellent. Angel - our cabin caretaker was exceptional, friendly , helpful and had our cabin clean all the time.
Food and Dining
Exceptional food. We tried new foods and they were delicious.
Norfolk, Virginia
Nassau, Bahamas
Arrived on a Sunday and many things were closed and the rest closed up at 3:30 pm. So, had the time but things were closing up for the day. It was crowded with four cruise liners in port.
Freeport, Grand Bahama Island
Just too short of time to be there. We had to quickly shop and get back on board.

Just do it! Get your reservations and take the cruise.
