Great time...surprised as I haven't gone on Carnival in some years.

Nice time with family. Great weather even during a hurricane.

I enjoyed the excursions and seeing Jamaica and Grand Cayman island. I didn't like the on board and off board embarkments especially the last day. The ship is old and need to be taken off line up of ships.

Not too much to say this trip was uneventful, routine fun, there needs to be more enforcement of the mandatory curfew for kids and karaoke should last longer.

Don't book through false promises they charged me for a room I didn't have and reuse to refund me

I feel like the ship was more worried about pictures getting stolen vs the safety of the customer. Food was okay would have like more options during later hours.

It was a good cruise over all and we will be back but it was just good not great. I wish more of the staff felt comfortable with elderly and wheelchair access. The kitchen/dining staff were amazing and I highly recommend their services.

Wonderful experience, the environment was entertaining, family friendly and exciting. The only concern I have is that a few women were inappropriately dressed in the dining areas without properly covering their body parts. Keep in mind we are in the dining areas with very young kids, have some respect.

Overall, my husband and I enjoyed this experience. For annex experience, I believe we will be trying if not another cruise line, a different Carnival ship.

I was a little disappointed. I had not been on Carnival in a long time because I was trying other cruise lines to compare. I was so disappointed with the marijuana smell that took over the ship. There were announcements that said that it was not permitted even if it was for medical usage, but the smell wreaked up and down the halls and on all of the open public areas. The workers work hard trying to keep peace on the crowded ship. It was just disappointing to see a cruise line that I loved go down hill like that. It is time for me to move on to another cruise line.

We had about 50 travel with our group and everyone had a great time. We were able to meet twice for in private rooms for group activities. I really enjoyed the food and the massage.

dirty stains was all over my sheets and pillowcases, trash was all on the floor from the trash can that had never been empty for 3 days. I had to call for the supervisor Abigail to get things done correctly level smelled like back up sewage it was so stinky we were able to smell it on the 2nd floor. THEN WHAT REALLY PISSED ME OFF WHEN WE GOT DRESSED ALL UP FOR THE CAPTAIN DINNER, WE REGISTER AT 5:46PM IN DIDN'T GET SEATED UNTIL 8:25PM IN THE SHOW WAS OVER AND THEY HAD THE NERVE TO TELL US THE KITCHEN WAS GETTING READY TO CLOSE LIKE IT WAS OUR FAULT WHEN THEY DIDN'T HAVE NOTHING ORGANIZE. THEN WHEN I HAVE DID CRUISE IN THE PAST IT WAS FREE ROOM SERVICES LIKE FOR TURKEY SANDWICHES WITH CHIPS OR PRETZELS AND ETC. WELL, THIS BOAT WANTED NOTHING BUT MONEY FOR EVERYTHING YOU SEE. THE LAST CRUISE I TOOK IN 2020 WAS A BAD EXPERIENCE WE PAID TO GO TO COZMEL IN WE GOT TOOK TO CHEAPER CRUISE AMBER COVE IN WASN'T NOTIFIED OR NOTHING WE PAID 2 THOUSAND TO GET TURN AROUND TO GOT ON A 12-14 HUNDRED DOLLAR CRUISE. WE WAS NEVER ACCOMMODATED FOR IT. THEN WHEN WE TOOK A CRUISE IN 2018 INWENT THROUGH A TROPICAL STORM IN THE CEILING CAVE IN TOILETS BACK UP, WATER WAS ALL ON THE FLOOR AND THEY RETIRED THAT SHIP BUT GUESS WHAT WE WASN'T ACCOMMODATE FOR THAT EITHER AND I HAVE PICTURES AND I UPLOAD THEM ON GOOGLE REVIEW. WE HAVE ANOTHER CRUISE IN FEB I PRAY THIS ONE DON'T BE A BAD EXPERIENCE.

Never again Carnival, and when I called Delta Skymiles they didn't help with a clear problem.

I went with 20 people most of them first time cruisers and this experience wasn't good for them most of there rooms had no AC and most of the ship as well they were very disappointed.

I definitely would not do it again, especially on carnival.

There were too many passengers on this cruise. There was a long line for practically everything that I did. Most elevators were packed with people. There were hand sanitizers stationed around the ship which were mostly empty. 3 days in, my husband and I came down with Covid symptoms. We tested ourselves once we got home and found out that we along with others from our cruise had also contracted Covid. I am at home sick as I write this review! The Carnival Sunrise needs to be sanitized from top to bottom and better safety protocols employed.

This cruise was ok, not the best, but we made the best of our time and really enjoyed the Chef's Table and our stops in Ocho Rios and Grand Cayman. Probably won't catch us on a Carnival Ship again.

Cruise was eh. Didn’t like that they changed theme nights on us or just cancelled them.

Two great bartenders to talk about Elvis (Jamaca) from Red Frog and Patrick (St. Lucia) from the Red Frog. The AC was out at that bar as well and they served drinks efficiantly and quickly despite the heat. The were entertaining and just made it a great experience. Thanks to both of them! Normally we eat in the dining room every night but didnt love the food selections and it took forever to get our food. Staff was great as usual. Please thank all of them. Anytime dining was amazing. We have always done the early dining but couldnt get it this time and I dont think we will every go back to scheduled. AC in the room was terrible. Thank goodness there was a fan left in our room. It was a miserable 5 nights!!! We talked to the room steward, joe, twice. Customer service twice and still it was hot as hell at night. We always get a balcony but never open the shades and had them clipped closed the entire time. Wont go back on this boat.
