Sorry you had that experience. I saw those videos. Not very fun for a vacation that you paid good money for. Carnival seems to be having a lot of issues.

It's been all over social media. I read that a portion of the costs were reimbursed. Carnival needs to stop loading ships that aren't operating properly! It's not acceptable when you've paid and worked for a nice vacation. Ppl here calling you names like dummy and stupid are just showing their immaturity. Try posting on bigger platforms.

Not at all acceptable or comfortable to deal with on a cruise but with temps 101 & heat index 116 in our state, even the stores are having trouble cooling & our AC is nonstop, so I would probably welcome 80 in my cabin & a cool ocean breeze nap on the lido deck right now 🥵

I bet the Captain's quarters had nice cold AC. They all should've stormed into there until the AC was fixed.

Third party booking companies rarely will do anything, they just book it and you are responsible for the accuracy of the paperwork and all that happens from then on. Find it hard to believe everything was a one or less. Another idiot reviewer who focuses on just one (major in this case) problem and dings everything and everyone else. Oh, supposedly they were measuring room temps and depending on your room, you could get a partial refund. Unfortunately, those who live north are used to colder than the ones in the south deserts.

I read about the maintenance issue on this ship with the air system, so yeah, I'll give you some of the bad reviews and one stars. However, giving one star to the port of calls is in bad taste and should not be punished for bad maintenance on the ship.

Awesome crew, good ship, hot cabin

Ship had no AC dinner in restaurant was awful every night was atleast 2 hours had to keep asking for drinks the waiter never took our drink order and came home with COVID.
