Ship had no AC dinner in restaurant was awful every night was atleast 2 hours had to keep asking for drinks the waiter never took our drink order and came home with COVID.

I went with 20 people most of them first time cruisers and this experience wasn't good for them most of there rooms had no AC and most of the ship as well they were very disappointed.

Can't imagine the discomfort but if the passengers had no air the crew had no air as well.
