Review summary

I enjoyed the excursions and seeing Jamaica and Grand Cayman island. I didn't like the on board and off board embarkments especially the last day. The ship is old and need to be taken off line up of ships.

Embarkation

it was fine going on the ship but getting to the room it was terrible you couldn't get an elevator.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
The waiters and waitress was very nice and helpful. The food was good we didn't do the buffets because it was too crazy. We was able to get a table everyday for the sunshine restaurants for breakfast and dinner. The guy burgers was great.

Onboard Activities

2 out of 5
The activities was so crowded and wasn't able to go in the pool because there was people over crowded everyday.

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The DJ was great and played the greatest hits. The comedy show was ok the jokes wasn't hitting.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
excellent services

Ship Quality

2 out of 5
The ship was cleaned but its smell bad by the elevators like septic tank. At times the bathroom in the room smell bad as well.

Cabin / Stateroom

2 out of 5
The room was very small and the didn't like to be in the front of the ship. You can feel every movement and the room was away from everything. We had to walk around to get to the room or to the other parts of the ship.

Ship tip

The boat is too old sale on another newer ship

Disembarkation

That was the worst experience. The elevators was turned off and you have to go down stairs with your suit cases and bags to get to the 3rd floor in order to get off the boat. It was very ridiculous especially if you are on the 10 floor with 28in luggage and carryon bag.

Lots of memories on this ship. Sailed under it old name and it’s new one. This ship will always have a special place in my cruising journey.

you could've checked your bags, then you wouldn't have had to drag them along. so much easier

Turned off elevators? I have seen one or two in a bank locked for crew use as they do turnaround, but all of them?
