Review summary

Two great bartenders to talk about Elvis (Jamaca) from Red Frog and Patrick (St. Lucia) from the Red Frog. The AC was out at that bar as well and they served drinks efficiantly and quickly despite the heat. The were entertaining and just made it a great experience. Thanks to both of them! Normally we eat in the dining room every night but didnt love the food selections and it took forever to get our food. Staff was great as usual. Please thank all of them. Anytime dining was amazing. We have always done the early dining but couldnt get it this time and I dont think we will every go back to scheduled. AC in the room was terrible. Thank goodness there was a fan left in our room. It was a miserable 5 nights!!! We talked to the room steward, joe, twice. Customer service twice and still it was hot as hell at night. We always get a balcony but never open the shades and had them clipped closed the entire time. Wont go back on this boat.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Drinks in the red frog pub were excellent. Ste in the dining room 4 out of the 5 days and it was so so. Soups were great entrees just ok. Not like they used to be.

Onboard Activities

Pools good, comedians are usually our favorite and they weren't good at all. Lots of people walking out.

Entertainment

Show were.just ok. Went to a couple and left part of the way through

Service and Staff

3 out of 5
It seemed all the staff wasn't as friendly as they normally are. The blue iguana guys were the only ones that asked us questions and asked us how our days were. They were awesome. Red frog was the place to be Patrick and Elvis were amazing. Entertaining and prompt with their service.

Ship Quality

Ship was clean.

Cabin / Stateroom

It was always clean. Joe did a great job but we asked Joe twice about the AC, we went to guest services and told them and then someone from guest services was asking us about our stay. We told them several times about the ac not working. The red frog was so hot everyday except the last one and it seemed they got it fixed. We kept our curtains pulled the entire time and if we wouldn't hv had a fan it would've been even more miserable. We slept on top of the covers for 5 days. Pitiful please get it fixed. Won't go on this boat again.

Ship tip

Don't go on this ship. It needs work. The sad thing is the ports were great and this was the only boat in these amount of days that went there.

Ports of call

Nassau, Bahamas

Best port yet! Got a driver and he took us to all the highlights and took our pictures along the way. Call Keith for all ur needs.

Half Moon Cay, Bahamas (Private Island)

There wasn't anything to do there just the beach unless we missed something. The music wasn't even on the beach which would've made more sense.

Grand Turk Island

Water was amazing! We should've gone to margaritaville. We rented a golf cart and drove around town. This town is extremely expensive and dirty. We did drive to the beach and it was Incredible!!!

So glad we had a passport! If we wouldn't have checked our luggage we would've been off the boat in no time but it was ok bc we were staying in Miami again. Getting on and off the boat is a breeze. Thank you for making this process easy and fast.
