Review summary

I feel like the ship was more worried about pictures getting stolen vs the safety of the customer. Food was okay would have like more options during later hours.

Carnival's staff is top notch! Everyone was very welcoming and made it a point to learn our names. Our room steward Eli gave us nothing but perfect customer service. He was very professional and personable. We were a big group and he remembered our names and always greeted us. He made us feel like we were at home. Our waiters at the main dining area was perfect. Johni and his team, Karen and Shaine made sure we were taken care of and gave us 5+ star service. They went above and beyond to make sure our dining experience was fun. I love that everyone took the time to learn our names and how professional everyone was.
