Review summary

It was a good cruise over all and we will be back but it was just good not great. I wish more of the staff felt comfortable with elderly and wheelchair access. The kitchen/dining staff were amazing and I highly recommend their services.

We had excellent service and then we had ones that could care less about wheelchair access. They told us to get into lines with everyone else to find out about 30 mins later that we needed to be called an elevator and to go to the front. A lot of miscommunication for wheel chair folks.

Cabin was very good for our wheelchair. I just wish getting in and out of the doorway was easier. We had to pull up and then back her in. Just wasn't wide enough.

it was fine until the steward gave us the wrong stickers for the excursion that we booked with carnival. It was hard enough to move moms wheelchair around but we had to get on and off buses that were not ours to begin with because the steward gave us the wrong access tickets for our excursion.
