It was mediocre and after 3 cruises with Carnival, I will not sail with them again. I feel I can get more with another cruiseline.

Amazing Family Vacation, costumer service is the best

Won some money in the casino, enjoyed the spa repeatedly.

As a first timer, our experience was AMAZING. The crew/staff were very friendly and helpful. We are definitely doing another cruise soon.

Overall the cruise was great. The ship and accommodations were wonderful. I wouldn't recommend a January cruise though because it was very cold. The water was cold, the beach was cold and the wind was insane on the boat. But the cruise line can not control the weather, ha.

There was bedbugs my body burst out in rashes after sleeping on the bed

I like sailing on Carnival. The food has always been fabulous at the formal dinners and the shows this trip were very good.

Cruise turned out well despite the one day cut short. Carnival was generous to offer 50% off of the cruise price and another 50% on next cruise. That made everything better. Will go again. Really convenient for us out of Galveston, TX

This was the worse experience of my life. I planned this for my children it was their birthday my daughters was the day we were supposed to leave we spent her birthday in the car for 6 hours. The told use that we no longer had a destination. We didn't even go but a few hundred miles from the port of Galveston the weather was horrible. I spent 6 months planning this. It was our first real vacation. I worked so hard to make this all happen and it fell apart and 50% refund on the cabin isn't good enough. We don't get the taxes back I spent m ore money on the ship then anticipated because of the lack of things to do that were not super crowded. A destination to nowhere and didn't tell use that were were not even leaving the gulf of mexico. All the money and effort I put into this I cried most of the time because it was all a disaster. I am a single mother I worked a lot of overtime to give my kids a good time for their birthday. Carnival will not budge of the refund and seem to not care at all. I was told to go anyway that there would be a lot to do on the ship and this would have been true had we gone out further. I feel like I was taken advantage of a he lack of information that was given to us to make a choice to go or not. Guest services are rude and had no empathy at all and would not help with the bottomless bubbles I ordered for my kids she said she could add it even though I had already paid for it once she refused to assist further looking for the mistake. I will NEVER do this again!!!!!!!!!

Absolutely Loved it. It was relaxing, peaceful, regenuvinating. I took time to enjoy the sunrises and sunsets, read and self reflection. It was exactly what i need shopping and exploring with good girlfriends. We are now planning our next one and plan to do it at least once a year. I will do another in a few months with family.

Since this is our first cruise, we set a high expectation, and after all, we can say, it beyond!

I was very upset that we were unable to travel to Cozumel, because that was the area that I was looking forward to seeing the most. From everyone that has been on a similar cruise before, they said that Cozumel is the reason you go on the cruise, and Progreso is the rougher, poorer area that most people don't get off the ship for.

The cruise would have been really good if it weren't for the fact that we had to turn back on the second day and miss Cozumel which was half of the reason we wanted to go on this cruise. Then the fact that carnival doesn't even give substantial reimbursement is ridiculous. There should have been some sort of on board credit given. At the bare minimum guests could receive 50$ of on board credit. I will not be cruising with carnival anymore due to this experience.

Horrible! The people were rude and I fell in the casino because they decided to mop and not use a wet floor sign. The guy even said he forgot to put the sign out. So now my knee is all bruised. They don't care about you, your just a number.

Big money wasted. Software and app works poorly. Skip this company completely. Should refund part of cruise charges. Messed up my sons birthday dinner and my 40th anniversary. Not respectful to guests .

It was fun but we had to turn around on the second day for medical reasons

Overall trip was FUN and well needed! Food was AMAZING! Guy’s burgers was a HIT with the large group we were with we just wished it didn’t close at 6pm and hoped it was available for late dining. 24hour pizza was alright (soggy) but couldn’t complain much after a day/night out of drinking and hungry afterwards. Whataburger would have been a hit instead of this pizza. Our room (2273) was a good size, cleanliness was good but the temperature of our room is what did it for us wanting to go home since the 1st night. 4 nights of sweating was a big NO for us! Not once did our room cool. I literally wanted to stay out every night so we didn’t have to go back to our hot room.

Not sure if I will go on another cruise. It was expensive. They also don't advertise that they are going to dump a $70 per person gratuity on your bill, so that was a surprise. Checkout bill was almost $600, not counting a couple massages and drink packages. I am not sure if the value is there. I have spent the same or less on all inclusive hotels in Cancun and Cabo, and have none of the complaints that I made here (and walked out with a $40 checkout bill). Will try a different budget cruise line next time, and if it is a similar experience, will throw in the towel on budget cruises and save my money for the big boys.

Our first cruise was overall a blast. There were things that our older teenagers enjoyed, things we could all do together or separately and that was great. I was shocked to learn that smoking was allowed inside, and I will specifically ask about that next time. The dance clubs were a lot of fun with a good mix of people. The Cheers drink package was a great deal considering it was a week of gluttony for us. I will plan on visiting the spa next time (we went and it was FANTASTIC, but it was an unplanned expense) and pre-purchase a package.
