Review summary

Overall trip was FUN and well needed! Food was AMAZING! Guy’s burgers was a HIT with the large group we were with we just wished it didn’t close at 6pm and hoped it was available for late dining. 24hour pizza was alright (soggy) but couldn’t complain much after a day/night out of drinking and hungry afterwards. Whataburger would have been a hit instead of this pizza. Our room (2273) was a good size, cleanliness was good but the temperature of our room is what did it for us wanting to go home since the 1st night. 4 nights of sweating was a big NO for us! Not once did our room cool. I literally wanted to stay out every night so we didn’t have to go back to our hot room.

Didn’t experience the dinning room only buffets and Guy’s burgers. Guy’s was a hit for our group of 12. We just wished it didn’t close at 6pm.

Our room steward was so nice and helpful. I just think after so many times complaining about our room temperature I gave up.

Everywhere we turned an employee was cleaning. For someone as myself who notices that makes me wanna book another trip ASAP!

HOT! Can I say it again? HOT!! Steward sent someone in 3 times (I asked each time) In one day and each time was told it was at a 72-73 degrees. I live with my AC at 72 at home in a bigger place and I can tell you that was not in the 70’s. Each time someone came to our room to check the AC my husband, myself and our daughter were burning red in the face and sweating. Out of 5 rooms booked on the same Main deck 2 Level only 1 was cool enough for someone to be in their room comfortably. Cleanliness was good and also loved coming back to our room after to see which towel animal we had.

Ship tip

Take a FAN! Don’t hesitate to ask your steward for anything even if they get annoyed with you. YOU paid for a trip and you should enjoy it comfortably.

MR. SANCHOS!!!!! Visit Mr. Sanchos! The waiter was kinda ehh but once he saw a tip (at the end) he then wanted to work harder.

Great Last Minute Cruise

Is it just me or was the buffet food kind of strange? Also the Pasta restaurant? We were excited to go try it and then my daughter received her lasagna. On NO!!! She was so disappointed. It had all sorts of strange meats in it.
