Overall the cruise was great. The ship and accommodations were wonderful. I wouldn't recommend a January cruise though because it was very cold. The water was cold, the beach was cold and the wind was insane on the boat. But the cruise line can not control the weather, ha.

The water slide was my daughters favorite. Was too cold for the pools. And the hot tubs weren't even warm for 2 days.

Loved every single show by the Playlist group! Love trivia with Gary. The dance parties were fun.

It was as clean as it could be with so many people on board. but i rubbed a babywipe across the leather couch in my room and it was completely black. I don't think they clean those couches at all.

It was great. Except for the couch being dirty.
Ship tip
Try the Mongolian Wok on the first day. The last day the line took 45 minutes. Take your kids to the dance parties on Lido. They wil have more fun there then Camp Ocean and they can hear the music anyway.
Was excellent. Very clean, cab service very organized. Did resort for a day at Playa Mia. My only complaint would be that the hot tub was cold. The place was clean and very beautiful.
Horrible. Waited in hallway for hour, then moved to deck 5 to wait because they had to extend time for some reason. Then elevators stopped working and had to drag all luggage down the stairs to other elevators. Then they only turned on 1 elevator and could only take 6 of us out at a time. left room at 8 am and didn't get of boat til almost 11.
