Basically I enjoyed the cruise the length as well as the ports of call. Anthem of the Seas is a beautiful ship. There are plenty of spaces on deck to enjoy the sun. The food service was great, but the menu deserves a little more variety. The main show in the Two Seventy lounge was mediocre. However, the Tenors show made up for it.

Cruising was always my wife's thing and I was pretty well cruised out until this one. Anthem is worth a try, but read up before or you will be totally confused, and worse, you will miss all the best activities.

This was by far the worst experience I have ever had on a cruise. I will never book another cruise with Royal Caribbean again. The entertainment was minimal, and other cruises had shows comparable to Broadway. The food was horrendous, and caused an upset stomach to my entire family. When this was brought to the guest services attention, they called it a virus and quarantined me to my room causing me to miss the port in St. Marten. Their attempt to compensate this was to offer me a one day credit towards another cruise, which is completely useless considering I will never waste $6000 on another miserable experience with Royal Caribbean. I will never recommend Royal Caribbean to any friends or relatives.

Nice and friendly staff with great services. The ship was great not too big and not too small. Have a lot of activities on board too keep everybody happy.

I love the cruise was able to relax and have a good time!! Food was good and entertainment was good. The ports were nice although I was very upset about not having enough time in San Juan but overall a wonderful time!!!!

I would never use again! Booking for 12 nught and using someone else. We cruise 2x yr and you have not been good to us. Bermuda was the best. The staff most on Anthem and the guests were rude.

Beautiful funfilled cruise, perfect weather, loved every minute! Food was delicious and plentiful . Love the shows, especially "the gift". Singing and dancing was magnificent! Every one was so nice and helpful.

As I said, if you have sailed with Celebrity and liked it, this line is not for you. NO welcome drink, bathrobe, room service for early morning coffee, or small amenities like body lotion etc. Additionally, there were no hamburger/hot dog grill bars near the pool. Only Johnny Rockets where you pay full price. Elevators were terrible.

It would be beneficial if Royal Caribbean were trained by Norwegian on how to provide the best customer experience. Our room key was left at the door of the room instead of given to us during embarkation. The shops could not charge my room cards during the first day of the cruise due to some system issue. Some one from guest services kept calling my room to get me to eat at Wonderland which didn't have an appetizing menu. The bathroom door in my stateroom was broken along with two of the dresser drawers. It took three times for me to complain before any resolution. The climate controls in the room stopped working and when the repair man came he complained that we woke him up to fix this issue and he did not want us to bother him anymore that night.

The food was sub par, the ship wasn't that clean, some ports were absolutely horrible, and there wasn't a lot of entertainment on the ship and to pay what we did it just wasn't worth it at all.

It was an excellent nine days, and my family enjoyed every second of it. The ship and everyone was wonderful, and the excursions and guides were right on schedule.

Weather wasn't so great when we left the port but when we finally reached Bermuda there was the sun. The first night we ate in the main dining room which was great. Windjammer had great food everyday all day, which is where we all chose to eat for the rest of the week. Our room was cleaned and restocked twice a day which was great for us. My favorite show was Spectra's Cabaret !!! Great show!!!

Grate for familys Bad for adults Cruse cie. Shud reinforce there policies. Formal night means Formal Adults shows means for adults 18 and over not kids that shud be in bed. Do not reserve deck chairs ,i saw several persons reserve deck chaire for 14 persons for the entier day and they were only 8 of them and they used the chairs for 3 hours.

Excellent cruise on the Anthem. Loved every minute of it. The services, the staff, the ports, the food, and the ship were all fantastic. I loved the Solarium area in particular.

excellent cruise and I would do it again. I have never had a bad cruise from royal caribbean. The service was excellent as always and the itinerary was perfect.

The cruise was nice and offered a lot, but it wasn't the cruise for us. We mainly chose it for the debarkation location so we could drive there easily. We are retired and didn't seek out many strenuous activities that were offered. But, we took advantage of the activities that we wanted. It was a nice relaxing trip with great (too much) availability of food. One negative was that I felt that someone was always trying to sell me something and that turned me off. I would prefer keeping the "hawking" to one area away from the small cafes.

5th cruise with royal Caribbean and was worst I've been on. Will either go back to smaller ships or try a different cruise line. Not as good as they used to be.

Very nice cruise, but there is much room for improvements. Didnt feel 100 % satisfied after having to spend over $8k for 2 cabins, yet RC still expecting u to spend lot more $ due to the fact that many things are not complimentary & if are, could not utilize or book usertime.. ***Beverage package issues.. Great delux package for $39/day, but found your service to be a full time job on my part to review my invoice daily for drink charges that were covered on the package deal. Guest services consistantly credited drink costs, but I had to do all the reviewing or I would gave been charged for these drinks. Invoices should be screened daily by your staff & corrected accordingly w/o guests having to do the work for you. Actually had to work on vacation whether it was standing in guest service line or waiting on the phone to administer corrections?.. not acceptable on a expensive paid vacation! We did enjoy the cruise & did relax, but I will not respend this type of $ for this ship/ services. Its grades lower than your Oasis models...

Very frustrating experience. I am fighting to get my money back. There was nothing about this trip that was easy or user friendly for someone who has a disability and can only walk short distances. On a five night trip I was talking and visiting with guest services at least 7 times and ended up in tears. Some relaxing cruise!

Cruise was fantastic, so many options (both complementary and for a fee) that you could never be bored. Didn't seem crowded except in Windjammer and sometimes elevators.
