Review summary

Cruise was fantastic, so many options (both complementary and for a fee) that you could never be bored. Didn't seem crowded except in Windjammer and sometimes elevators.

Embarkation

5 out of 5
Smooth, efficient....we were one of first people to arrive at terminal, so we had to wait a while to board but not RCCL fault. When we arrived we were taken care of immediately.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Main dining room had many options but mostly were ok to decent. Specialty restaurants Chops and Jamie's were by far best two meals of the cruise. Windjammer had lots of options but way too overcrowded to ever want to eat there unless we had to.

Onboard Activities

5 out of 5
There were so many options. We did North Star, Escape Room, Climbing Wall and many cruise usual activities like the casino and bingo. Never a shortage of things to do.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Room stewards and waiters were fantastic. Always working hard and smiling... some other staff were not the friendliest, but did not impact the score.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Every area was clean and well maintained. An occasional bathroom was a little dirty, but for most part spotless.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Plenty big for two males in single beds. Enjoyed the virtual balcony....not exactly what was going on outside, but it made it feel at least like you weren't in a dungeon. good location on ship. Spotless cabin

Ship tip

Book as many activities and meals as you can before you go.

Ports of call

Cape Liberty (Bayonne), New Jersey Did not visit port

King's Wharf, Bermuda

5 out of 5
We did two excursions... Hartley's Helmet Dive (not offered on ship) and Hidden Gems of Bermuda, both I would give 5 stars to.

Disembarkation

5 out of 5
very efficient, not rushed off the boat.

Elevators seem to be an issue on almost every ship since the Mayflower.
