Very nice cruise, but there is much room for improvements. Didnt feel 100 % satisfied after having to spend over $8k for 2 cabins, yet RC still expecting u to spend lot more $ due to the fact that many things are not complimentary & if are, could not utilize or book usertime..
***Beverage package issues.. Great delux package for $39/day, but found your service to be a full time job on my part to review my invoice daily for drink charges that were covered on the package deal. Guest services consistantly credited drink costs, but I had to do all the reviewing or I would gave been charged for these drinks. Invoices should be screened daily by your staff & corrected accordingly w/o guests having to do the work for you. Actually had to work on vacation whether it was standing in guest service line or waiting on the phone to administer corrections?.. not acceptable on a expensive paid vacation!
We did enjoy the cruise & did relax, but I will not respend this type of $ for this ship/ services. Its grades lower than your Oasis models...

Excellent delux beverage package for $39/day. Ship complimentary food was plentifull, but somewhat ordinary. Complimentary dining took too long and not worth the wait with reservations for the somewhat ordinary food on the menues. Noted that dining rooms were only 50% full as many passengers filled the Windjammer every night for much quicker dining- very tough to find seating.
Need to improve on food selections in dining rooms as the feeling is to go to $ dining & spend even more cruise $. Not acceptable for the amount of money already spent. Need to follow your oasis ship model plans.
Also not enough food options after dining hours as only pizza, hero, cookies, coffee offered...

Gym,movies, attended poolside events. Dissappointment with not being able to utilize Northstar & Ifly- not available & "unacceptable" for the amount $ spent for cruise, could not book any time off/ on ship..
There shouldnot be additional charges for popcorn, air hockey, arcades, xbox etc for amount of $ charged for this cruise. Nn

Shows, comedy,"Rock the Boat",were all excellent.. Dj needs improvement-constantly has people dancing, then switches music where people just leave the floor and/or lounge???

Excellent staff service. Can improve on poolside plate/ dish pick up. Constant 3hr wait time for service to clean up floor plates/ dishes left by previous guests.. Why arent there little tables to put glassware/ dishware onto instead of floor?
