Review summary

It would be beneficial if Royal Caribbean were trained by Norwegian on how to provide the best customer experience. Our room key was left at the door of the room instead of given to us during embarkation. The shops could not charge my room cards during the first day of the cruise due to some system issue. Some one from guest services kept calling my room to get me to eat at Wonderland which didn't have an appetizing menu. The bathroom door in my stateroom was broken along with two of the dresser drawers. It took three times for me to complain before any resolution. The climate controls in the room stopped working and when the repair man came he complained that we woke him up to fix this issue and he did not want us to bother him anymore that night.

It was fast, but the windjammer buffet was full and we had to eat in a different place. The room cards were not given to us at the port. They were left outside the door which is not very secure.

when you check in on line with a picture it tells you your room key will be left attached to your door....if you don't upload a picture apparently you get it then

it's different they put your room key in your mail box by the door but they change a lot of things to speed up the process checking in and getting on board faster. only one time any one call me was from the spa saying they had a gift coupon but I had to buy so much but only reason they called me because of my birthday.anthem of the sea was a great ship but everyone have to realize not everything is perfect the worker work very hard things just happen

No other cruises in you app. don't think NCL is going to help train RCCL in customer service, lol. hey, things happen. not the end of the world the sea pass not working 1st day. never heard of them calling you phone to make a reservation for any restaurant. would take 10 people a week to call everyone on the ship. but I do agree the menu is not for everyone, lol.
