Review summary
It would be beneficial if Royal Caribbean were trained by Norwegian on how to provide the best customer experience. Our room key was left at the door of the room instead of given to us during embarkation. The shops could not charge my room cards during the first day of the cruise due to some system issue. Some one from guest services kept calling my room to get me to eat at Wonderland which didn't have an appetizing menu. The bathroom door in my stateroom was broken along with two of the dresser drawers. It took three times for me to complain before any resolution. The climate controls in the room stopped working and when the repair man came he complained that we woke him up to fix this issue and he did not want us to bother him anymore that night.Embarkation
