Review summary

My cruise experience overall was good. My friends and I made our own fun and memories. However, was not happy with guest services, the shows, and the ship could have been a little cooler. I must praise the dinner service, especially Scott and his helper. The bar tenders in Michael's pub were WONDERFUL and so was the guitar player Charlie. I loved the comedians on the ship. They were hysterical.

Main dinning room was fantastic especially Scott out waiter and his helper (don't remember her name, but she worked the windjammer during the day at a greeter) Jamies Italian restaurant was just okay. Chops was absolutly delicious.

Onboard Activities

I did the North Star. That was a cool experience. I tried to do the bumper cars but the line was way to long.

Entertainment

I was a little disappointed in the shows. I have been on Royal Caribbean before where their shows were excellent. There was no announcement of the show starting. Performers just came out and started putting on the show. However, the comedians were FANTASTIC. Also Charlie at Michael's Genuine Pub was absolutely fantastic.

Service and Staff

Waiters and stewards were great. Overall rating for them would be excellent. However, guest services were not very helpful. I had a problem signing into the royal IQ and my problem was never solved. It was just literally brushed aside. The person who was speaking to us didn't even try to figure out what the problem was. So it was frustrating all week not being able to use that feature on the ship as well as the app on my phone. So I would rate them OKAY.
