I would recommend the ship, just not out of Puerto Rico. Never out of Puerto Rico. To bad Celebrity doesn't own it, or have A similar design ship. Because lets face it, they do A much better job! Sorry RC!

Make sure you plan for your clothes to be ironed by your cabin steward. There is no on board ironing room nor laundry facilities.

Get to the adult pool early if you want some space; same applies to deck chairs at adult pool.

Be prepared to be uncomfortable during the "drill".

In case you are not planning to drink a lot of cocktails or heaps of soda, don't go for beverage packages. Second, on most Islands (except St. Lucia) we suggest to book excursions with local tour operators yourself in advance via Internet. RC charges a lot more and RC tours are overcrowded, less exceptional and a mass experience.

When trying to purchase pictures, especially on the last night of the cruise, it is always chaotic. There is no order. People tend to crowd the assistants. There should be a better way to deal with this issue, including having people take a number when they arrive at the studio. The next available attendant could call the next number. Also, put more kiosks in around the ship where people can select and purchase pictures, and allow the passengers to have the option to actually purchase the pictures without having to go back to the studio to pick up and pay. Currently, you reserve the pictures but still have to go back and wait in line to purchase. Have both as an option, but allow direct purchase with delivery (when ready) of the pictures directly to the cabin.

Look at who the cruise director is, if it's "Elvis", pick another cruise.

Eat a big breakfast before going on any shore excursions.. you won't be able to eat again until dinner time on this ship.. unless you eat off the boat or pay extra.

We haven't been on a cruise for over 20 years, so I do not know if this is the norm or not....BUT....at each port of call you were immediately in the middle of a shopping center. Shop owners were there to sell, and you felt like you were a target.

Eat in the Dining Room more. The food is better quality and the service is excellent. Takes a little longer but worth it if you have the time. Altho, except for desserts, the Windjammer was good most of the time.

DONT BRING AN IRON OR IT WILL DELAY YOUR GETTING YOUR LUGGAGE! I did many reviews of our ship before cruising but never did I see that information. Also it was difficult finding out about the number of formal nights and what was acceptable to wear.

Prepare to have fun. Live Laugh and enjoy. Don’t forget your swim wear.

Muy aconsejable !! El crucero por las Islas del caribe es inolvidable !!

If this is your first cruise, do not compare this ship to all of Royal Caribbean's ships. They have better, and more updated ships. If this is not your first cruise, be mindful that the experience may not meet the standard of your previous experience(s) on a previous ship with this cruise line. But you will enjoy your time nonetheless.

The best experience you can have at sea

Be prepared for a lot to do if you want to, and if you want a ship that has a lot for kids, this one seemed to have a lot.

Don't leave the door open to your balcony because it causes your A/C to shut off!!!!

Consider eating in the Windjammer buffet instead of the dining room. The buffet has so much more to food to offer.

For this cruise with ports in St. Thomas, Aruba, Curacao, and Bonaire, the port side of the ship faced to port so you got to wake up to a view of each island. May not always work that way but I had read that somewhere and took the gamble and it paid off!
