Cruise was great, entertainment director was terrible and not funny (elvis) and ruined the shows and entertainment every night. I would not repeat unless I knew there was a new director.

The embarkation experience was great. It was fast for us (we were able to tip the luggage guys and get ahead of the line). Probably one of the better have had for cruises.

Resturants and food were top notch. We had a good dinner waiter. No compliments around food.
Onboard Activities

The activities on the boat were a great feature (rock wall, surfing, slides, ice skating, etc). The slide is one of those you only do once because all of the lines hurt (not put together well). Maybe a view thick paint jobs could help? It hurts when you go down the slides.
Entertainment

By far the worst cruise I have been on for entertainment. Their schedule was terrible, did not have multiple options where they should have had it. Seems like they were trying to do the bare minimal to pass. Cruise entertainment director wasn't the best either. He knew Spanish which is probably all that got him the job. Director could easily be replaced to someone that could do the job 10x/100x better. His jokes were terrible and barely made you laugh. Entertainment director in my mind either breaks or makes the cruise, this time broke it. For movies they literally played Kong 5 times. Why in the world would you play that many times? Suggestion going forward would be to have a set 7:30pm movie and 10pm movie every night, never overlapping movies at the same time block.

Everyone beyond great except for the entertainment director. Really need a new one. Not funny at all. Replace ASAP!
Call out goes to signers. They did a great job. It did appear they were late for one show and didn't know what was going on. If I was deaf, this would offend me even more. Ship should have been more organized for the signers. Very disappointing to see signers come in late

Cabin / Stateroom

Cabin is really cool to open the wonder and look down on the "street", but it is not 100% sound proof like the ads say they are. You may stay up all night if you are a light sleeper.
Ship tip
Look at who the cruise director is, if it's "Elvis", pick another cruise.
Interesting. We always tip the luggage staff, but it's never helped us in the past to move up in line.
Sorry to hear about the Cruise Director. We're doing a b2b in a few weeks on Adventure. Hopefully it will be better. We've always had great cruises on Adventure. Thank you for sharing.
