Amazing Alaksa by Linda5466

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Eurodam

Go to Alaska and be astonished at the wonderful and the beautiful nature, wildlife and people who work do hard to make you cruise memorable. We took 120 rubber ducks total. We each had plenty to hide and gift with tips to outstanding crew. They loved them too. Not just the kids. The kids now have better understanding of conservation, habitat, and wildlife and their impact upon it. The whole family came away relaxed, inspired, and happy to have had a great time together.

An Alaskan cruise to remember! by japiazza22

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Royal Princess

This was our first cruise on Princess and our expectations were far exceeded on food, service, and overall experience. Alaska was absolutely stunning, and it was wonderful to experience it on such a top notch cruise line. We will definitely sail with Princess again!

Awesome experience, good customer service, cleanliness & tasty food. by surabhicnu

Sail date: / Traveled as: Large Group
Ship: Ovation of the Seas

The only thing I would like see improvement is with Photographers. The quality and customer service has been not up to the mark. The photos weren't that great. I saw fee photographers not paying attention to guest closing eyes and so on.

Every aspect was very good. Most of them were Excellent. My suggestions: Add music, movies etc. of different languages like Hindi, Chinese, Spanish, French etc. For new comers advertise properly.

Awesome Bucketlist Experience by SLangley

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Ovation of the Seas

Our Marriott travel agent should have done a better job booking our group trip, the meal times were all different and she was not helpful with follow-up calls prior to the cruise.

You won't regret taking this trip! by jpappasfam

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Carnival Luminosa

Overall, this is an excellent cruise. I would highly recommend to do the excursions sponsered by Carnival. All our excursions were amazing! The ship is clean, the food was wonderful, the personnel were friendly, and the activities were fun! This is a good cruise for families.

Quantum of the Seas Alaska Cruise June 2023 by djlilly

Sail date: / Traveled as: Couple
Ship: Quantum of the Seas

Good cruise. Enjoyed Alaska. We didn't really like two days at sea--not enough to do on the ship. But, I'd still recommend this cruise.

Return to Alaska by judypinkston1

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Quantum of the Seas

We have been on a few Alaska cruises. Always went on the inside passage. This time we took our daughter and granddaughters and told them how wonderful it was and all the whales, dolphins, and bald eagles they would see along the way. My error was not realizing not all cruises went on the inside passage, VERY disappointing.

Different trip than other princess cruise I’ve been on by wanda61206419

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Discovery Princess

We have been on 3 princess cruises, a royal carribean, and carnival. I have always put Princess on top of them all as being the best cruise line, until this one. I found it to be the same. I was disappointed in how the staff’s English needed improving. We could not understand them. The room was too small. Some of the wait staff was not friendly and some areas I felt there was not enough wait staff. I loved how everything was made so easy with the medallions. It made everything so personable.

Amazing Alaska Cruise by felix2671

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (older children)
Ship: Norwegian Encore

Enjoyed cruise very much. Ship was clean and well maintained with plenty of amenities and things to do. Variety of food choices and restaurants, but food quality a little underwhelming. Every port has plenty of things to offer, but ship’s schedule is tight and provides little time to spend at each port, especially if doing excursion.

BYOC Bring your own chair by RobMontreal

Sail date: / Traveled as: Singles/Friends
Ship: Celebrity Eclipse

Bring your own chair, Celebrity does not have enough seats at bars, cafe and buffet. If I had known I had booked a 7 day Sardine cruise would have stayed home. So disappointed not usual Celebrity quality. Trying like airlines to pack us in and hoping staff will be able to cope. I have Elite plus status will not be trying for Zenith with this level of crowding. Truly sad that they are ruining their brand like this.

Nice trip. abbreviated port stop in Victoria. Arrived 7pm departed 11pm. Disappointing. by raslater

Sail date: / Traveled as: Family (young children)
Ship: Discovery Princess

Nice cruise, but somewhat boring if you been to Alaska before. Nothing new. Fun excursions though. Princess needs to update their cruising model. Getting dated. Newest ship Discovery is the same as all the others. Nothing new. Food was middle of the road, crew were excellent and very polite. Guest Naturalist was excellent and made the cruise into Endicott Arm memorable.
