Review summary

Our Marriott travel agent should have done a better job booking our group trip, the meal times were all different and she was not helpful with follow-up calls prior to the cruise.

Embarkation

4 out of 5
We were VIP Key guest and was sent to the wrong embarkation line.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Food was just okay, but the drinks need lots of improvement. Need to focus on crafting cocktails and keeping the listed liquors stocked.

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Activities were average, the iFly and North Star were impossible to get scheduled. It was too cold for the pool, but the solarium (adult) area was nice. I don't understand why they allow drinking in the hot tubs but not the adult pool, strange!

Entertainment

2 out of 5
The evening show was confusing but had great technology. All other events were too crowded to enjoy.

Cabin / Stateroom

4 out of 5
Cabin was excellent except for the distance from everything; requires a lot of walking.

Ship tip

Take time to enjoy the balcony! Book the Self Guided Jeep Tour in Skagway through Marriott, best experience of the trip.
