Simple process to get on ship. We did private tour of wildlife park and exit glacier so did not board until 5pm. Cruise start was delayed over 2 hours by dock workers slow walking luggage loading.

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

3 out of 5
Not as good as in past, but Chops grill was excellent. Main dining room was slightly better than buffet. Could have had better selection of foods and deserts were very marginal..The key lime pie was excellent in chops grill and the soft serve ice cream was best in buffet. Did like my time dining..

Onboard Activities

3 out of 5
Scheduling of things was real issue seems like all good stuff was scheduled at same time and when we wanted to eat.

Entertainment

4 out of 5
Excellent signers, musicians and dancers. Old man who did tango show was very good and so was his partner and the rest of the cast.

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
Very friendly and would do anything for you. Wi-Fi guys were excellent at setting up access to free Wi-Fi for on ship communications thru RC app and also setting up paid internet. Was in process of upgrading internet and Wi-Fi to new Elon system.

Ship Quality

Layout was good. Had one elevator that was down for whole trip and it was missed at high need times.

Cabin / Stateroom
