What would you do if you were told you can't cruise anymore because of your age and health ?

I for one have no idea what I would do. We have been doing this cruise thing for over 25 years. It is what we live for in some ways. Just waiting for that day can be fun. It is always to fast. We are 76 years old and we will do this until the day we can't get up the ramp and on the ship. WHAT ABOUT YOU ? How will you react to that day? Let it out.

Those were great ideas. I don't like the Idea of the rv either. Thank you very much for your input.

Those were great ideas. I agree about the rv. Thank you for your comments !

Look for another option. We love cruising but it is not the be all and end all

We would be taking a lot of whale watching trips, anything to get on the water!!!😀 tiny dinner or lunch cruise anywhere!!!

ME too, and fingers crossed... that it would changeWink

I would fly as there was a time that I didn't like cruising. As I got older I began to like cruises but I would have no issue if I was told I was to old or for health reasons I couldn't cruise anymore.

Very good . That was a great answer .

I love it also. Great answer .

My Grandmom is 90 and healthy for her age. We were thinking of going on a cruise to Alaska. We went to a travel agent. I usually don't use a travel agent, but in this case I thought it would be a good idea. She suggested for her to buy travel insurance because of her age and was it ever expensive!! But travel insurance is very important. I met a man in the Rome airport and his elderly Mom got very sick on her trip and he had to fly to Rome to be with her. She had to stay in the hospital in Rome for two weeks! She had good travel insurance thank God! Maybe nothing like that will happen on your trip but better safe than sorry!

Age and declining health are going to be a part of life. However, if the restrictions do come in, I will find another way to vacation. if I am able.
