I would not go on this ship again. It was old and seemed dated. As mentioned earlier, the entertainment was spotty. One ventriloquist was great and one singing group, Horizon, could have headlined 3 or 4 nights. All the rest were fair at best. One comedian was awful and demeaning.
Toward the end of the cruise they had a special offer of 10 drinks for $80 which was quite a savings from the regular price if you don't buy a drink package.
NOT NEARLY ENOUGH SEATING IN THE ATRIUM AREA WHERE THE SHIP MANAGEMENT INSISTS ON HAVING POPULAR DANCE BANDS. These dance bands should be held in an appropriate lounge. SEE COMMENTS IN THE review section.
We really enjoyed the singing of the assistant cruise director, Tanya I think.
And the parade of the flags, all the added details that showed caring for the passengers and without extra charges.
Don't miss the daily trivia in the Schooner lounge. Be sure to attend the captain's talk to learn about the ship. The evening show are varied, so don't miss these events!
We really enjoyed the excursion. If you like sight-seeing and photography the highlight excursions were the best was to get to see most of each island. Our money was well spent. Additionally, we returned late to the ship (no fault of the patrons) and the ship waited for us.
Improve your Customer Service and Guest relations. Have them 'ditch the attitude. I found them to be pompous and rude.
However, the 'wait staff' and servers/bartenders couldn't be more helpful and courteous.
Ask plenty of questions until you are satisfied. If you are handicapped, immediately get your travel agent involved to ensure that all your needs are addressed prior to boarding since once you're on board they could care less. We were not the only handicapped people who were dissatisfied.
