Nice for sightseen, but not much to do , boat is outdated and not much entertainment for the Latinos

Serenade of the Seas is a beautiful ship. It is medium in size and well laid out. The ship is well maintained and very decorative. The room was a good size and had lots of closet space. Balcony is a good size. We were greeted warmly by the staff and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The ship never felt crowded. You never felt like you were swimming in crowds of people. I recommend this ship highly either as a cruise to Alaska (as we did) or in Tampa to the Caribbean (which I will be looking to do soon).

Thoroughly enjoyed the cruise. Would recommend this to family and friends.

The cruise was great, Alaska is spectacular and that was the highlight for me.

Alaskan cruise should be in everybody's bucket list.

This is a good trip to see some of the beauty of Alaska. We took our grand children and they enjoyed the sights and also enjoyed the "Fuel" club for teens aged 12 to 17. We enjoyed seeing Vancouver but I would book this cruise from Seattle to avoid the hassle of getting into and out of Canada. The embarkation process was a nightmare with 3 cruise ship in port boarding at the same time and long long lines through the various stages of the embarkation process. The food and entertainment was very good. This is the first time that the cruise Director actually was one of the entertainers--he did a tribute show to Neil Diamond.

We had a good time on our cruise, but we’ve only cruised on Carnival in the past. We thought Royal Caribbean would be a step up, but we didn’t see it that way. Will probably stick with Carnival in the future.

Ports and scenery were great. Staff superb. Lack of entertainment and things to do.

Poor port design. Terrible ship management. Don't count on any juice drinks, fresh milk, bananas, grapes, fresh lobster and the like. Lack of supplies, combined with in-route maintenance meant closed or reduced capacity at shows and the crown & anchor (closed). Concierge lounge was full and very noisy. I have no plans to sail this cruise line again.

This was a dream come true. Highly recommend this cruise. We were so lucky to have amazing weather every day! Staff were all fabulous.

Serenade is a beautiful, small ships that takes you to amazing destinations! The service was great but the main dining room food left something to be desired. Embarkation in Vancouver is the worst I’ve ever experienced with a full two hours from when we pulled up to the curb to walking on the ship. If you’re sailing out of Vancouver get there early!

The Cruise Staff made the ship experience outstanding for us, they were friendly, professional, and helped us with everything we needed. The Staff was knowledgeable and could answer all of our questions with ease. Also, the restaurant and bar service were excellent. We would definitely book with Royal again.

The scenery was so beautiful. I recommend that everyone go at least once in their lifetime.

Great was fabulous, Alaska was incredible. I highly recommend a balcony for this cruise. Research what happens if leaving the ship in Vancouver and testing positive for COVID, it will be helpful if needed. We were left in an unknown country scrambling to figure everything out on the fly. I am still trying to figure expense reimbursements with very little answers. But am sure with time it will get sorted out.

Love being back to Alaska. So sad to see that the Mildenhall Glacier has receded as much that it had.

Our cruise was pretty great overall, though not without its flaws. The scenery and the ports we were able to visit were absolutely beautiful, and the staff of the ship was amazing. The food could have been better, and we wish there had been more to do on the ship (especially on the at sea days), but we were definitely able to relax and enjoy our vacation.

This was my second Royal Caribbean cruise and my first time to Alaska, and I can't wait to do both again. A overall 5-star excellent experience!!

We felt comfortable and safe. Covid protocols, and great staff made for a great vacation. There is no question that cruising is back, and we are ready to go again. Happy to be back on the Serenade. İt is a special ship!
