Review summary

Serenade of the Seas is a beautiful ship. It is medium in size and well laid out. The ship is well maintained and very decorative. The room was a good size and had lots of closet space. Balcony is a good size. We were greeted warmly by the staff and the service was exceptional. The food was delicious. The ship never felt crowded. You never felt like you were swimming in crowds of people. I recommend this ship highly either as a cruise to Alaska (as we did) or in Tampa to the Caribbean (which I will be looking to do soon).

Service and Staff

5 out of 5
The service was excellent. Everyone was friendly and went out of their way to ensure our trip was amazing. Our room steward was exceptional (Orion). Carla met us in Schooners and set us up with our dining experiences. Julian was our greeter and not only did he provide us with great information, he greeted us by name every time he saw us throughout the week.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Serenade of the Seas is my favorite ship. It was the right size, amenities were plentiful, layout was great and the staff was exceptional. I will definitely sail on her again.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
The cabin was a great size and we felt very much at home. The only issue we had was that even though our balcony was an extended balcony, there was a covering over the life boats which extended out from our balcony which impeded some of our views into the water.
