This was a very relaxing 15 night cruise with only 4 port stops. We thoroughly enjoyed our sea days and would love to do it again!

Great to be able to cruise again. Older crowd with no children on this itenerary.

It is so good to be back cruising. This cruise itinerary is filled with historical places to explore. Sea days are fun with all the activities led by the entertainment staff. It is never boring!

Fantastic voyage at half capacity. We owned the place. The Ocean Medallion app is a little wonky. I believe that the Ruby is not set up technically to make if flawless. However it was only a minor frustration and distraction.

This was our first trip to Hawaii. If you have never been we recommend the journey. If you enjoy days at see to unwind and relax, this is the trip for you. Princess treated us royally and we couldn't ask for more than that. We would go again anytime. BTW the weather was perfect and the seas were calm.

I am so glad I went on this cruise. What a pleasant time. Can’t wait to go on another one!

Considering the pandemic and a few hiccups the cruise, crew, food and entertainment were great.

All-in-all a great relaxing trip that we needed. Many precautions to keep us all safe and healthy. Highly recommend to get over the fear factor and go enjoy life...If not now, When?

Fantastic Christmas Cruise 🚢. Had a very relaxing time.

Great to sail again after a 18 month or so hiatus. Masking was not a problem whatsoever. A 100 percent vaccinated cruise. Passengers all cooperated with masking and social distancing so felt very comfortable. Still growing pains with the start up but worth it.

Great cruise with a Blackjack Tournament! Had a great time in Cabo and Catalina. Glad to get back to cruising! Due to Covid restrictions there were only 690 people on board. NO WAITING for anything!

Amazing! Princess has done a great job of balancing being cautious & keeping everyone as safe as possible with providing a quality experience.

We consider ourselves seasoned cruisers, this was #38. We are Ruby Loyalty status on Princess Lines but we have cruised NCL, RCCL (platinum) and Celebrity. The Ruby is just the right size for us. We had a wonderful relaxing cruise which was our goal. Enjoying our beautiful large balcony to eat, play cards and read was a big plus.

It’s a quiet, 5-day trip down the California coast and back. The ports — and the coast — are not the point. Enjoy the ship!

Great getaway, after so long cruising. Food disappointing, seems like lower quality meat, but can understand that Princess might be cutting back on certain items, as they’ve lost a lot of money, but kept going.

I would recommend this Thanksgiving cruise if it your first time cruising. The weather was perfect. The staff was helpful and they wanted to make sure that you are enjoying your time with them. Everyone that I saw onboard were respectful and all wore their masks indoors

Biggest problem was the check-in / pre-trip preparations. Nearly everything had to be done using an app on your phone. What used to take 10 - 20 minutes on the computer, took over an hour and 30 minutes (on average for us and others we spoke to). The COVID requirements were only a minor factor here. This was the worst pre-trip / check-in process I've had in 42 years and 20 cruises.

Most of the less than stellar issues I write off to this being the first cruise with passengers after 18 months…I expect as time passes we will get back to the great cruising experience…I have two cruises booked on the Ruby for next year…so things obviously weren’t all that bad… and I love…love…LOVE…leaving out of San Francisco…Happy Sailing everyone

Great overall, there was a lot that could have been better. Entertainment was sparse.

A fabulous cruise but on hindsight would never have stepped on board if we'd known the outcome. Shame on Princess for keeping us in the dark.
