Us getting onboard and disembarking was very efficient. The international cafe was the best place to eat to avoid long buffet lines during the day. Go early to get any seats in the show they are always full. But after dealing with the officers and front desk I prefer another ship that has better customer relations.

The workers onboard is what sticks in my mind. I think the staff on the Ruby Princess is outstanding. Didn’t have one worker that had the “wish I wasn’t here” type attitude. Upbeat people who worked hard to make this a great trip.

Great cruise and I'd do it again! We absolutely loved our balcony room and we will always choose that type of room. The food and entertainment were exceptional! The entertainers were enthusiastic and friendly. We didn't use the pools because it was too cool outside for us but the people using the pools seemed to be having a great time. We chose Anytime dining which was perfect for us. We embarked two hours later then scheduled and that was a bit intimidating for us first time cruisers. We wondered if we were really going to set sail on our adventure. Having the kiosk available to check our balance was very helpful. The directions given to us us for disembarkation and the daily activities delivered to our room was great! Overall we had a wonderful experience with Princess cruises.

Just got back from our West Coast 4 day cruise to Catalina & Ensenada, we had the best time ever! Princess cruise was on point with anything we needed. I was very pleased , they made my sons first cruise a lifetime memory!

Not much entertainment for people between 20 and 40 years old. Very old and outdated club. 70's music. Pool entertainment boring. Bartenders by the pool never heard of a blue long island ice tea. After explaining they tried to charge extra for adding Curacao to my drink. Ridiculous. Best food was around the pool (pizza, burgers) Buffett food was just ok.

We did not travel far on this 4 day cruise. The weather was great and the ocean was very smooth. Because it was a short cruise, there were a lot of first time cruisers on it.

For first-time cruisers, our overall experience with Ruby Princess is AHHHH-mazing. We know that there probably more superior, more fun, more beautiful cruise ships out there, but for us, the enjoyment we've had on this cruise is more than enough. Because of this cruise, we decided to go on more cruises -- yes, we will try different ones to have something to compare Ruby Princess to; but for now, we are content and have enjoyed every corners of this cruise ship.

I was unhappy on the ship but enjoyed my room and the ports the Cabo was way to short had to look at my phone for the time to make sure I didnt miss my boarding time.

Find a better cruise. The port times were not long enough, and the food, although good was not exceptional and nothing to write home about. The spa was awful and overpriced and the activities were short and underwhelming. This may be the right cruise for you if you have a lot of children and different ages

As said before as someone whose first cruise was Carnival I had high expectations that were definitely not met. My aunt wanted to try something new but I guess that’s on us. Everything was simply ‘okay’ nothing wowed me. The food and nighttime entertainment were amazing, most of the staff was amazing, and even the movie choices on our tv in our cabins were great. But besides that it’s a very boring boat.

Might travel with Princess again....there were only 2 cruise ships in when we left which is why it when smooth, an we were the only cruise ship when we came back....loved that

First time cruise! Enjoyed it all. Did Mexican Riviera . Weather was great. All the workers on board were great. Our room Steward 👨‍✈️ was okay.. didn’t go out of his way to do anything. Ship was very nice. Stayed in mini suite with 4 ladies. A little cramped but made it work! Would definitely do it again!

Our cruise to the Mexican Riviera was our second on the Ruby Princess (1st was to the Virgin Islands). We love Princess Cruiseline and will definitely plan on another in the future.

Princess cruises has taken a nose dive in the quality of cruises since I first took them in 1986. I will no longer cruise with Princess. My overall rating is not the 3.3 that is displayed below. I would place it closer to 2.

We went with our adult children and their spouses. We were recognized as a group and treated royally. We were able to participate as a family and the staff was especially courteous to all of us.

Relaxing, quality eats, beautiful sunsets! Seven in our group. We had ajoining cabins and balconies. They opened the separaters so we had one long balcony! Just wish we had some Mexican themed entrees, since it was a Mexican cruise.

Every aspect of this cruise was pure enjoyment. Excellent, friendly and efficient customer service was provided by the entire Princess staff. Our cabin Stewart provided us with everything we needed throughout the week.

I had an excellent vacation. I got to see California at an easy pace and did not feel rushed even though we covered so much. The ship was lovely and provided lots to do on your days at sea. Take advantage of the spa it is well worth it
