Review summary

Find a better cruise. The port times were not long enough, and the food, although good was not exceptional and nothing to write home about. The spa was awful and overpriced and the activities were short and underwhelming. This may be the right cruise for you if you have a lot of children and different ages

Embarkation

Directions to the port were not very Clear as well as listed address. Many people were lost. Checkin seemed easy But there seemed to be a lot of unnecessary Extra steps

Ship experiences

Food and Dining

4 out of 5
Our dinner servers were the saving grace with dinner. They were excellent, knowledgeable, and professional. Staff in the buffet was horrible, I never got a drink until my meal was completely finished. The staff in the crooners bar were so rude and could not make a proper drink. Coffee stand was mediocre, I’m not a coffee conisuer, but I heard a lot of people complain it was the worst. Share was good, the service was well but the lights were flickering so much it made me dizzy.

Onboard Activities

1 out of 5
All the activities were way too short. Just when you would get into something it would stop. And they had a multitude of teen only activities, family friendly activities and 0 adult only activities. If you wanted to sign up for kareokee after dinner you Couldn’t because it was already full of a bunch of kids ect.

Entertainment

1 out of 5
I didn’t find anything of interest again it didn’t matter what time of day there were so many kids

Service and Staff

4 out of 5
At the crooners bar I said a drink was made wrong and asked nicely for it to be remade and they asked me to list the ingredients. If I didn’t know the ingredient then how could I possiblyknow it was made wrong. It tasted like shit. It was a mojito and had no lime in it and was not muddled.

Ship Quality

5 out of 5
Everything was clean and nice. I feel like more things were at the front of boat or you would have to go up and walk to go down. Unusual.

Cabin / Stateroom

5 out of 5
Debbie was excellent, our room was clean. Next time I think I’d prefer staying closer to the middle or back of boat

Ship tip

Perfect for a family. Horrible if you don’t have kids

Ports of call

Puerto Vallarta, Mexico

5 out of 5
This was my least favorite port.

Mazatlan, Mexico

3 out of 5
Beautiful, went on a zip line tour and it was a pretty nice place.

Cabo San Lucas, Mexico

4 out of 5
This was the best and nicest place but the time here was way too short. I honestly will go on vacation to just Cabo next time. No cruise.

Disembarkation

4 out of 5
I thought it was pretty easy considering how many people there were

First, you're on a CRUISE, ports only allow ships a certain amount of time. Just from your comments I bet you were very rude to the people at Crooners. You sound a spoiled 30 something, go on Carnival next time, they are more your style.
